I actually thought the one with the stripper being gutted by the fisherman was more disgusting/disturbing than anything in the top ten.
Of course maybe that was just because I'd already seen the top three months ago and so was used to them.

On the other hand I'd never heard of Ancilla Tilia before this so thanks, freaky commercial!
I thought the text/drive one was really well done, a few of the shots reminded me of 28 Days Later

I am not even slightly surprised at the number 1 pick there. I have to turn it off whenever it comes on. I can barely believe that they're allowed to screen ads like that. But given that 6 of the top 10 most disturbing are from the UK, it's obvious that British television has a bizarre tolerance level for nightmarish commercials. I can't see porn, but I can see a guy vomit up a dead rat - WTF?

Most of it just reminded me of Death Proof. It's a really well-done PSA, but the slick slo-mo and stylishness detracted from the message somewhat.

The only one I've seen on TV here is the Apoliva one(the singing girl). I like that one a lot.
