Well what are you waiting for, didn't know that. Usually don't read the FAQ as the most obvious one, being 'why isn't my question in the FAQ' usually isn't in it, I'll cut of my pinkie the minute I'm home.

I didn't use it as a reference I gave the results for 'mini ice age' and fully trusted your inquisitive nature, the kind that makes you click things.
"Look it up yourself" is not an argument, you idiot.
Fragony on 22/1/2010 at 10:25
Never said it was an argument. Can't you guys do nothing else other then personal attacks? I know you guys aren't that much of a challenge in the wit department, but can we at least keep it civil and avoid cursing, children might be reading this topic right now.
Let's not heat things up and keep it cool. Like earth.

If those fucking kids come in here again, I'll pistol whip them!

Never said it was an argument.
And I never said you said it was an argument, Mr. Head of the Wit Department.
You used it (and nothing else) to back up your claim that the earth is not warming, but indeed cooling. In other words, you provided a link as an argument.
It's funny to see, by the way, that people who will use temperature timelines going back millions of years to prove that a) the earth isn't warming, and b) it's just natural, anyway, will be convinced we're entering a new ice age right now, because we've had a couple of weeks of cold weather.
Edit: Yay, page 36. How far will this fucker go?

So you used the word just in case I thought it was an argument?
hopper on 22/1/2010 at 12:22
I said it wasn't an argument, because instead of providing one, you posted a useless link. Which, obviously, you thought was sufficient to make your case. I don't give a rat's ass what you thought it was.

ever considered politics
edit; and my case is still that there is no consensus despite people claiming there is.

Um, weather and climate are in fact two different things. The author of that page is completely full of shit by the way. The problem is he makes it seem like he knows what he's talking about, so ignorant people (and I don't mean ignorant in a bad way here) may actually think what he's saying is factual. And that's bad.
Hence the italicized bullshit question. Maybe I should have been clearer on my stance.
