So with the release of DEHRDC, I took the opportunity to play through this game again.
I decided I'd try and pick up some of the achievements I'd missed when playing vanilla DEHR & ML, setting my sights specifically on Pacifist and Foxiest of the Hounds.
I'd tried for both in the initial release, and I'm still not sure why I missed out on Pacifist (I suspect the "moving bodies after a reload" glitch).
And with all of the forced alarms during the game, I was unsure why I'd missed Foxiest of the Hounds.
Turns out you get the achievement for getting the Smooth Operator on all of the missions that give it.
So this time around, I did my best to do that, and at the end of the game was rewarded with "Pacifist" (as well as "Good Soul"; on Give Me Deus ex, no mean feat!).
Yet Foxiest eluded me.
The main problem I have with this is that there's no way of telling where I failed it, how many times I failed it, and if I want to try for it again, I've got to play the whole damned game again always being unsure if some random alarm has counted against me.
Have any of you sneaky gits managed to bag this one?

I managed to get it, and also bagged Pacifist which I missed first time round (Despite many attempts. Does giving the private detective a morphine overdose count? He was going to die anyway, you just ease the passing).

Actually, if you've got the CASIE aug, you can talk him into staying alive, which is what I managed to do.

Ah, I figured that was just a way of skipping the search for the morphine so you could just get the information out of him, I didn't know he survived if you did that. What about the woman begging for death in the secret labs under Rifleman Bank Station, I'd be interested to know if they included that as a kill as far as the achievement goes.

Well I erred on the side of caution with her and didn't do it. As I got the achievement, I can't say whether that would have counted against it.
