Sometimes after submitting a reply, or an edit, I reopen the thread in another tab and can see the changes much more quickly.

Not only is it going slow as hell, but it's no longer showing the proper post orders in the forums. I replied to a thread down in the Editors Guild, and it shows I haven't replied at all.
Same thing here, actually. I didn't even see that RSoul had responded until I clicked on the thread.
What's going on? Where's David at? :(
Edit: Yup. Looks like the main page refreshes too slow. Now that I've replied to this thread, it's showing RSoul as the last poster.

Or possibly snail pace even. It's been slow before but this is the first time, for me, that it's taken 3 or 4 minutes to load a page. I can get a couple of games of solitaire finished whilst it's loading.
And then as if by magic, it's all speedy again.

Sorry, that was actually my fault just now. I had to do some Admin stuff and it put a bit of a strain on things while it finished. Should be back to "normal" now, but the slowdown just now was totally me.

If I hired on a ship and steampunked all over the Atlantic ocean to bring TTLG home in a post sack it couldn't be any slower. Not even talking about the latest DNS breakdowns. Are you sleeping down there in the engine room?
