Sorry, but that's not planned at the moment. We know that some people want them enabled
Terrible people.

One change which is a minor inconvenience is that I can no longer used a bookmark for Mark Forums Read since it looks like it requires a session token now. I used to have it on my bookmark toolbar so I could just mark all read with one click once I was done reading. Now I have to go to the main forum (which I don't do otherwise), scroll down and click the link - certainly not a big deal, and I almost feel stupid whining about it, but there ya go.

The reply window gives me strange line break issues occasionally, where one piece of text is both in one line and the one underneath. When marking the text, the two instances are marked simultaneously. I know this from working with the Windows notepad but I've never experienced it in an online form.

I suspect they've added this against cross site scripting (XSS) attacks but it does seem a little paranoid. As an alternative, click the "Forum Actions" drop-down menu at the top of any page and choose "Mark Forums Read" from there.

Interesting - I've not seen this one myself. If it happens again, can you try toggling WYSIWYG mode and see if it recovers? It's the top left button on the toolbar above the edit window.
As
most things seem back in order now, I've swapped the default search engine that we were using to an alternative (Sphinx if you're interested). This should be a lot faster at finding results than the in-built search but there are likely to be a few differences. I've also added a plugin to enable a couple of more useful search options from the quick search so you don't have to go into Advanced Search to display results as posts or simply search thread titles.

Thanks, that's a bit faster and about as easy as my old bookmark.

The private message search is new feature that is part of the search engine and I missed that entry box. Should look a bit better now.
