Same here. Also, I seem to be having issues with Post Quick Reply not handling correctly; no idea if it's due to the same update.

Thanks for the reports, guys. I know nothing about this stuff but I'm sure Al will sort it out a.s.ap.
Edit. Like now, maybe. The post worked correctly. Edit. But the edit didn't so still borked.

Within general gaming, or this subforum for that matter, the interface doesn't show the latest posts. Like it says

While the actual last post is from nickie. Same in GenGaming, where the front page shows

The 'Now what are you playing' thread is also showing an older post as latest, among others.
EDIT: uhh, just saw that it was mentioned already. Sorry. I'll leave this here anyway.
nickie on 11/9/2016 at 17:11
But probably not mentioned as lucidly. Happy Birthday, by the way.

Apologies everyone. There was an issue with the search product (Digital Point Sphinx) that we use with the forum to allow searching to work at a reasonable speed. It has hooks in many places, including when posts are edited or deleted so it was causing those functions to break. Please post back here if there are still oddities / problems and I will look into them ASAP.

Looks like the last post is working, now, but the reply counts aren't.
EDIT: It counted this one. Maybe it just lost track there for a while.

Happy Birthday, by the way.
That caught me by surprise. :D Thanks.
As for the forum, it seems to lost track of some posts - the new ones show up fine, the ones made during the "out" period are kind of invisible. Anyway, it's working now, for the new posts.

Thanks Al_B, at least for me everything is back to normal. Very kind of you to fix this so quickly, especially on a weekend night. If it was my job to do this kind of thing, I would have said "screw you guys, I'll get around to it on Monday". Then again, my user name IS montag!
edit - prolly not a big deal, but I did just notice this thread shows only 7 replies, but as Malleus stated some of the posts seem to have gotten lost as far as post counts are concerned.

Search gives the following message for me:
Quote:
connection to 127.0.0.1:9312 failed (errno=10061, msg=No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)

Thanks, Starker.
