Forum Guidelines gives 404?

So I had a question I wanted to look up in the Guidelines, but the guidelines links give 404s! I suspect this is related to the forum upgrade. For quick reference, everywhere is pointing to the following URL:
(http://www.ttlg.com/forums/regs.htm)

Maybe you could just re-upload this page and everything would be happy? :D

It might also be an idea to fix it so the forum isn't called "[ARG:2 UNDEFINED]" within the (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/misc.php?do=showrules) forum rules link at the bottom of the page.

Guidelines? We have guidelines? I always thought TTLG was some sort of anarchist democracy overseen by a bunch of harrumphing benevolent dictators. We're a contradiction in terms. Wherefore guidelines?
