I've made an edit to the forums to trial a new highlight for the FAQs in an effort to reduce the amount of threads that have answers in the FAQs.
For people with more than 30 posts there will be no difference. If you have less than 30 posts then the thread listing for an FAQ will now look like this.

Yes this is probably part of the problem. It should just be spelled out.

Yeah, I've seen that happen a few times and it always seems to coincide with a blip in the database. It's nothing to worry about, really :)
