where can I find a fortify streanght potion? I've looked everywhere and can't find one. let alone any fortify potions (other than health, fatigue and magicka).
Any help would be great!

Oddly, I can't locate anyone who sells a fortify strength potion. Lots of people are rigged to have the possibility of selling it, but you're limited by pure luck as to whether or not they'll have one.

I've been trying out alchemy and there doesn't seem to be a way to make a fortify strength potion without having damage luck along with it.

I dunno about potions apart from that they are dotted around, check in the major alchemists and apothcarys and also mages' guild
but there are 2 ways to get by without a potion
1) use alchemy and combine ash yams and dreugh wax together
2) use the soultrap glitch(yes i know it's a cheat) and get a fortify attribute spell , ya can get most from a guy in the imperial shrine in sadrith mora or Arille in sedya neen
also have the soultrap spell, find a spellmaker and make the spell
Fortify strength 1-100pts(pick the min and max as the same, depends on what chance ya have but go for 50 or 100) on self
soultrap for 2 secs on target
Cast it at the ground or wall and ya will get 100pts or whatever the number is permentally but save before ya make this or cast it and if ya want make a 'godly' save which basically is a saved game with all attribs over 1000

If you have Tribunal you can go kill a Hulking Fabricant and he will usually drop a potion that will fortify strength by 10pts or so.

nope, got the xbox version. I know that they are somewhere, I used to have one before I sold it (didn't need it at the time) but I have checked the alchemist in balmora and sadrith mora as well as countless other shops and such. NOTHING! I know there is a fortify potion for every attribute, I just can't find them when I need them!

I would buy a fortify strength spell and have an item enchanted with it. I think you can buy the spell from Imperial cult people.
Or learn alchemy* and make your own potionsf: you can use ash yams and dreugh wax to make fortify strength. Just spend a lot of money on training, buy or steal a masters alchemy set, and you can make better potions that what the merchants sell.
[edit] Or you can use flin, which fortifies strength and is widely available.
