I was looking at the manual the other day, and saw that it said there was a fortify maximum magika spell (by a multiplyer). I was wondering.... Is this in the game anywhere? If so... who sells the spell? (if it does exist..... i could enchant some kick ass items for my mage:cheeky: )

its there, but fortify intelligence seems to be generally better. As they cost the same per point of magnitude, but intelligence gets you more magic points if you are a mage, as well as a lot of other bonuses to tests.
I can't remember where I got it from, but you can get fortify intelligence spells from most priests I think.

no.... what i mean is there a spell that increases your magika multiplyer. (you know... your magika is X times your inteligence) it is in the manual... or ii'm a scitzo:eek:

fortify maximum magica just ADDS its magnitude onto your maximum magica. Its not a very good spell compared to fortify intelligence.

odd.... if what you say is true.... than i must have a misprinted manual.... or i'm a scitzo in denial......

That's an ability that you get when you start the game. High elvves and Bretons have it with different magnitude. Also some of the birthsigns.

Nope - it's there alright... Fortify magicka in the same way that your racial and birthsign bonuses work. However no spell can be bought with that effect - just like you can't buy a spell which has the Restore Magicka effect.
Which is good - since enchanting is powerful enough without these two effects. And adding these would really blow the roof!

You can buy fortify maximum magica! its just its magnitude just adds to your magica, instead of having a magnitude of some fraction of your int.
