Can someone please tell me where you can buy a fortify attribute spell. I have a grand soul gem and want to make a constant strength modifier, but I need a fortify strength spell first :mad:

Mages guild's should have a fortify attribute spell. You only need one type(IE, a agility buffer spell) and then you can make any attribute raiser.
