Fortify Agility V. Sanctuary - by Red

They both seem to decrease the chances the enemy is going to hit you in melee I was just wondering if someone with a bit more experience using these could advise me which to consider for an enchantment.
I'm guessing Agility has more effect on the game than I give it credit for BUT you probably can't enchant as much 'fortify agility' on an item compared to 'sanctuary'...
Am i right?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. :D

If you can enchant your stuff with sanctuary up to 100 you can't be hit. Apparently.
Check (
http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/game/3365.html) Mochan's Cheap Play guide at Gamefaqs. Beware, it does exactly what it says on the tin. That is, explains how to play like a cheap-ass.

Depends on how close to maxed your other skills are would be my guess. You see, Agility affects ability to hit, as well as defend. It really depends on what you need more. If you're a low health character, and can enchant something with, say, 100pts sanctuary Constant Effect, I say do that. Otherwise, if you enjoy never missing, go for an Agility Constant Effect (warning, they're DAMNED expensive. My little rule of thumb is to divide the # of enchantment slots on the item of choice by 5, which should give you the figure for the maximum + bonus to a single attribute).
Please note I am in no way an expert. Call it an educated guess :thumb:
