Forging Swords with an Orc

I've got an issue (didn't come up with much in searches)... I'm afraid I know the answer to this, but here it goes anyway.....

I've been sent to find the pieces of the sword and have it forged... not too hard a deal. Got the pieces (hording all those unique magic items sure did help).... anyway, I seem to be missing they key Orc who everyone points me to.

I'm guessing he's just missing at this point, fell througth the floor or something (what is it with Orcs falling through the floor?)... problem is I'm on the XBox, so no Console to bail myself out.... anyway to complete the quest or should I just take the next mage transport out of Mournhold and find something else to do?

Sadly the post that the message points to (the solution on the offical TES forums) has gone missing... I'll try and look there and see what I can come up with. Thanks for nudging me in the right direction (I honestly didn't even think of searching the offical forums over there, silly me.... day-to-day I don't care for the forum setup, vBulletin is much better IMNSHO)

As far as I remember, the solution involved throwing yourself at walls so that you'd fall through them and encounter the NPC who was lurking there having fallen through the floor him/herself

I gathered as much.... I might give it a try (speed boost or something), but I'm not very hopefull... which means I might just have to either quit this game or just go do something else and not worry about finishing the Tribunal quests.
