Hi :)
I just got one of those Morag Tong special duties, from Morag's GM in Vivec, and he told me to meet an enchanter called "Muin Gei" to ask him some info about the dark brotherhood. He was supposed to be in the Vivec's Foreig quarter (lower waistworks) but i cant find him anywhere!! :grr:
Does anyone know him? :sly:

Here's my best guess. He's in the mages guild which is in the Foreign Quarter Plaza... the top place. =)

There is an enchanter in the lower/upper waistworks. Check the "long sidetunnels" leading to doors which lead outside the canton. If you walk from the center of the waistworks, there should be a door close to the beginning of one of the tunnels. There is a miniquest involving the enchanter and an actor if I'm not mistaken.

Yep there is a mini quest involving him..
As the fella said.. just inside one of the long tunnels in the foreign quarter wasitworks there is a shop.. hope thats the fella :)
