I'm fairly bored and have been on the synthesizers all day. Have no place else to showcase this so I thought I'd upload it here lol.
Care to listen?

Thats pretty good dude, I have been mucking around with this kind of stuff for a little while, so good effort. Wouldnt mind hearing some fat pulsing bass in there though.

Thanks, I've always been doing music production, but the times call for that "jumpy" "electric" like sound. Not the typical crap though! I'll fall asleep with Slacker Radio in my ears tuned to a techno, electro station and wake up on every song that sounds good.
I mix through studio headphones since I'm in an apartment :erg: and the only speakers I have are small desktop ones. So I tend to do the ol' faithful way and use the car speakers, which I just did a few moments ago and yes those basses are needed.
Thanks for listening! :thumb:

I've been binging on glitchmob mixes all morning, this is actually kind of similar, just lacking a bit of punch in the bass. Nicely done!

Sweet yeah my ears are a bit dampen from blasting this stuff in my headphones. Keep it up and I won't have a future in this lol. . .
I'm definitely putting basses in it. I just spend the extra 6 hours trying to compress everything correct  Trying not to push to the clipping limit but I believe I'm already there in some spots.

out of interest, what did you use to make this, real synths or software?
Beauty-Man on 19/1/2010 at 05:37
Some heavily tweaked virtual instruments.
I used the following material,
Kore (Native Instruments) for one layer of synths,
Sylenth 1 for second layer of synths,
Kontakt for drum pattern sampling,
Tweaked synths from factory stored SFX in Kore (Native Instruments)
A few inputted loops from "Loopmasters" package titled, "Dark House".
Tons of effects that I enjoy using.
Arrangement done in Ableton Live 8 and FL Studio.
Used a regular old Yamaha keyboard as a midi controller.

Agreeing with PigLick on the need for some bass though. Some funky messed up bass.
