Give her father a knife when he wants to fight Jojo, then shoot Jojo as soon as he finishes his threathening. She'll brainwash herself into thinking her father offed Jojo then, thus declaring him a hero and stay at the hotel happily hunting rats or something. But of course you'll loose the chance for some mischief later :ebil:

As for making a killing machine, i found a fully upgraded pistol combined with the occasional GEP or Grenade sufficient enough, that is if ya want the "Drop half of em before they notice some mofo coward who couldnt take two shotgun blasts to the chest in an open fight is killing them out of hiding" kind of killing machine. Dragons tooth to that vital spot near the waist does the trick too :ebil:

You SHOULD get Regeneration and Energy Circulator upped to max tho. Terminator is a wimp compared to that. And you can run around burning as long as you like :joke:

The Recirculator is good if you use augs with lots of energy drain a lot... for an uber-offensive guy, I might recommend artificial heart though. Or you could skip environmental resistance and get both.

I find you have a lot of freedom when it comes to a batshit insane character, really. The flamethrower works surprisingly well, as does the DTS. The GEP launcher and assault shotgun are also pretty nice.

Just go all-out and have fun with it. :D
