Making a post here as well as the FM forum for posterity/searching purposes - Windows 11 users may find FMSel no longer works (as of January 2024). The FMSel UI will load, but then when attempting to start Thief or Dromed, the program will simply shut down.

If you're affected, the fix is to uncomment no_unload_fmsel in cam_mod.ini. This prevents the DLL being unloaded by Windows, and should put everything back to working as normal.
