Yes but we dont even have the stats for those missions, which is required for all reports. We dont even know what mode was successful; plain ghost, perfect thief, supreme, or even if the success was chemical. I totally understand the unreported ones are a priority, just thought I'd let you know.

AFTER DARK
Mission without weapons. There is really loud ambient that can't be lowered by ambient sound volume. Mostly easy mission. In passage to cemetery is thief. Whenever he will 1st alert, he will run away to gate leading to cemetery. I don't count that as 2nd alert, because it's possible for him to give voice remarks for them. Running away is just scripted behavior. He also can be skipped entirely if you decide to mantle over gate leading to church area near start of the mission. In order to get Church key you must break wall with pick axe (ghost bust #1).
At the end of mission undead show up and mission changes into ghosting mission. Instead for searching for a key, I went after mantle over gate leading to starting point. Zombie can be passed while running along right wall. Last scarecrow can be avoided by going around house. Because of fight between undead and townsfolk there is bodies discovery in my stats.

BLOODY RUINS
Pretty easy mission with fire elementals, undead mages, some lizards and Mechanists. In order to get 16 water arrows you must use flare or fire arrow on tile on wall. Obviously I use flare. For bonus objective I dragged Lady Lotti with me to the exit. In last area with red mages I'm skipping objective about killing them, because it's impossible to kill them in one hit. Also there is side room with stationary mage. Just enter quickly and go along left wall. You can't douse candles on chandelier, but you can douse single candle on table. This way you can get bowl from table behind ghost without using invisibility potion.

CROOKED TOWN
MISSION 1
Pretty easy mission to ghost. The hardest challenge is probably going past spider while walking in water. In lava area you can jump from top of elevator to long pipe. This is handy shortcut. You will be forced to leave rope arrow on branch. Pagan letter can be taken without dousing fire (which 2nd alerts drunk Pagans).
There is some mistake in stats of this mission. It shows Pockets Picked: 2/1. Reason for that is on Normal there is only Pagan letter to pick up. On Hard and Expert you can also steal blackjack from orc, because you don't start with it. Game doesn't take that into account. Second - I only found 2 secrets and for some reason game displays this as 3 secrets. No idea why.

MISSION 2
This mission is even easier than previous. The hardest challenge is probably reading letter at the top of tower with thief staring at it. Luckily you can just run to other side, mantle on cupboard and read letter, so it's not really hard. One note is that afterwards is city area with 2 bots on the sides. They can see though buildings, so you must crouch while going on middle of street. Another challenge is taking all purses from 4 front guards in front of jail. You need to douse 2 torches and nudge archer a bit. Dousing torches can be tricky, because sometimes cops will go into search mode, especially if there is patroller walking nearby. Rene must be KO-ed first and move to the other side of town to kill him.

CRYPTIC REALMS (COLOR EDITION)
Very tough to ghost mission made by Sensut. There is a lot of stuff that gets destroyed when you get close and it alerts undead. There is lots of exploding sarcophagi, which doesn't alert enemies. There is 4 optional objectives. First is about getting 5500 loot in this mission. That's like 99% of all loot. It's impossible to complete in ghost run, because most of loot is hidden behind breakable walls or banners and this you must avoid. Second objective is about getting all secrets. The same reason why it's impossible. Third is about getting 25 radiant gems. All gems are worth 1 loot and some are inside enemies (you must kill them to get gems). I think this one is also impossible. Lastly is getting 5 scrolls objective and this one I think is possible. Luckily these objectives are optional. Unlike lower difficulty where these objectives are obligatory.
ENTRANCE
First take Crypt key and enter Crypt. Sarcophagus will explode when you will come closer. There will be a lot of situations like that, but they are exploding via invisible trigger, so I will not count that as damage property. Take ruby, take invisibility potion from statue and also Intact Fuse from tool box. Then nudge zombie right, so you will take ruby behind tombstone. Go down to area with walking zombie. When you descend plank will fall down from ceiling and alert zombie. Quickly douse 2 torches on both sides of entrance and rope up from where planks fell down. When climbing rope sarcophagus will probably explode and skeleton will appear. So climb up slowly to not get spotted by him. Take secret crystal and go down. Unfortunately you are forced to leave rope arrow behind.
MISSAL
Climb to hole above tombstone. 2 planks will fell from ceiling and alert enemies. Wait for ghost to open gate, then go to his body and grab crowbar. In tunnel is ruby and door with destroyable chain, but that's damage property. Rope to ceiling from where planks fell for another ruby. Go to gate opened by ghost and use crowbar on vent. I don't call it damage property, because vent has no visible lock, it's probably just stuck. There will be another explosion, which will alert enemies. Dropping on machine quietly is tricky. You must drop on edge, stand up and walk on machine. Take burned fuse and drop it. It will get destroyed, but description says that it was burned, so it was already destroyed. Put Intact Fuse and turn on machine.
Go to Crematory. Go through vent on floor for water arrow, then go through broken window and use lever to open easier passage. Go to office, grab purse and Master key from body and Ancient key from box. Unlock door, use victrola and rope up to attic. Through window grab purse. Return to victrola. Last ghost will drop ruby. Use elevator and go to Temple. Take statuette and use near other statuettes for secret Scroll of Sanctification. There are also 3 water arrows, move sarcophagus and go upstairs. Garrett instead of opening door will bash it and it will fall on floor (ghost bust #1). Take ruby from window and Temple Safe key from skeleton. Open safe for Scroll of Join Me and Missal. Go down.
ANCIENT TOMB
Douse torch, go behind zombie and nudge him on steps going upstairs. In wall behind zombie there is loot worth 500, which we need to skip. Zombie area can't be ghosted without invisibility potion, so ignore it and go down. Here is ancient tomb. Mummy has ruby, but it requires killing it. In sarcophagus in front of it is invisibility potion. Go to lever and hide in shadow under it. Lever opens passage down, but also lights torches. So douse these 2 torches and go to hole. Somehow I missed moss arrows, so my only option was to drop 3 healing potions and drop from ladder on them. Here is another tomb. Grabbing axe will light torches, destroy 2 sarcophagi and summon mummy. It's necessary for escape from this place, so I'm gonna do it later. For now mantle to statue, use skull to get secret Scroll of Hold Enemy. Use key to get to Lost City.
LOST CITY
Take 3 water arrows, drop down and go left. On face is gem. Go to west area. In chest is water arrow and body in corner has purse. Go along wall to other side of lava and grab speed potion from chest. Go to the other side, rope up to wooden beam and rope down to tower. grab secret chest. Mantling on tower is very difficult task, but when you succeed just jump and mantle to wall. Go to next west area.
Go right, drop on elephant and jump on building for gem. Return to start and go left. Drop down, strafe run to next platform and jump to last roof. Despite shadow fire elemental can spot you when you jump over lava. Take speed potion and ruby. Return to closed gate and rope up. Drop on balcony and grab more water arrows from chest. In next room are 2 gems, urn and Scroll of Decay. Use lever and return to previous area.
PYRAMID
Jump over lava to small building and drop on wooden beam. This area is patrolled by fire elemental. Do platforming over lava and mantle on ledge for 2 gems, then go quietly to Pyramid. In the whole Pyramid are 4 mummies with rubies that I'm forced to skip. Climb up to the top. Under statue is another gem. Climb outside. On top of tower is secret chest with Scroll of Petrification (this completes scroll optional objective). On skeleton is purse. On SE corner of Pyramid is Crystal Piece.
Descend to floor with chain and stand on pressure tile. Ride elevator down, grab 2 gems and 3 rope arrows. Also take 2 bricks and put them on floor when mummy is away. Rope up and go to opened passage. Use crystal and grab Sun God Book. Quickly escape to shadow, because 2 mummies will break a wall. Both mummies have ruby, so I need to skip them. Return to Ancient Tomb.
ESCAPE FROM LOST CITY
Stand under wall where mummy spawns and take axe. Since it was me who activated this trap I will take destruction of 2 sarcophagi as ghost bust #2-3. Mantle up and reenter Lost City. Put axe there and return under wall near mummy. You can't douse torches. Go closer to opened sarcophagus and lean for key. Slowly go along wall behind mummy. You can't nudge it, but it's possible to squeeze on the other side. Lean forward and press up, also turn towards mummy. This will allow you to move on the other side of mummy. Lean to lock and use key. Slowly sneak into passage and go into corner under pillar. Lean for ruby. To get into passage you are forced to drink invisibility potion.
Last corridor has 3 sarcophagi. They will get destroyed when you get closer. 2nd sarcophagus has mummy and explosion of last sarcophagus will 2nd alert it. It also has another ruby to skip. Other 2 sarcophagi also have rubies, so collect these 2. Run to passage, open it and wait for mummy to calm down. Then collect last ruby, close passage behind you and fall down to Organ Room.
PARTY AREA
Douse 2 torches above door on each side. Behind NE candlestick is secret lever for another Scroll of Join Me. Open 2nd gate. In 1st passage frob candlesticks to douse them, then grab ruby behind zombie. Behind banner is lever for gates protecting 4 pieces of loot worth 100 together. You can't operate objects through banners, so you must skip that secret. If you kill zombie one of sarcophagi in next corridor will explode and skeleton will appear with ruby, which you need to skip. Douse last candlestick. Behind wall is secret ruby 4 water arrows. Again skip that. Go past zombie to last room. Use west skull to get secret Scroll of Sanctification and 2 Holy Smoke Arrows. Use ladder to go up and grab key and ruby. I'm not ready for sabotaging organs, so I'm gonna use elevator to return to Crypt.
THE REST OF CRYPT
In elevator shaft is secret Scroll of Hold Enemy. Drop into water and collect 5 water arrows. Here is secret Scroll of Decay behind wall. Skip it. Go to crossroad. Left area leads to elevator you used. There is also secret loot worth 800 and ruby behind wall. So skip it again. Go right. Dodge skeleton and go to door. Open it and quickly close. Some wooden plank will fall, but since you closed door, skeleton will not hear anything. Mantle above stairs and grab ruby on bones. Under log is secret loot. Descend to hanged skeletons for 2 rubies.
Return to stairs and open door. Douse 2 torches and frob douse candle. Grab purse from shell and 3 water arrows from sink. Go to Chapel and frob south candlestick to reveal secret money. Return all the way to the elevator and return to party.
BREAKING THE PARTY
Douse torch above door leading to Organ Hose. Destroy hose with your sword. Party will stop. Return on the other side of Organ Room and kill musician inside. Don't close door by the way. Musicians can't be killed in one hit, so that's ghost bust #4-5. 2nd musician alerted to killing 1st musician will come to this room. Close door, stand behind it and kill him when his head is gonna stick through door. This will complete objective and make vanish other ghosts. Return to the party and rope up for gem (this barely completes objective of getting 25 radiant gems). Return to Organ Room and go to ladder. Use lever to unlock path to Temple. Go outside of it to end this mission.

DROID
I only found 350 loot in this mission, so maybe it's possible to ghost it if the rest of loot is outside Chapel and not in rooms with bots. Hammerite in Chapel can't be nudged and there is 240 loot to find here. So I decided to KO this Hammerite (ghost bust #1). To enter courtyard with Chisel you need to be fast, go behind Hammerite, nudge him into pond, drop on it's edge and grab Chisel. Mission will end.

FOUR WEAPONS
To enter mansion I need to go around house, but there is barely any shadow and patrollers with lanterns. That's why I decided to enter mansion through balcony. Patroller without lantern has rope arrow. Balcony itself isn't ropeable, but there are wooden beams on entrance corridor. Take 2 potted plants and rope up on roof. Put stack of plants near metal ledge, mantle on ledge, jump on stack, crouch and drop on metal ledge. Sneak to balcony.
In 2nd floor corridor there is stuck in floor patroller. In front of him are rooms with loot and invisibility potion. To get to them you must douse both gas torches on SW part of corridor with 1 water arrow. In dining room on 1st floor is archer stuck on table. Luckily he didn't prevent me to enter kitchen and go to side entrance where "enter mansion" objective completes. Here you can also get more equipment and sword.
The hardest part of this mission is definitely activating switch in last cell. First you must use valve in Electric Room. This is easy, but then you must go to guard post. Douse torch on top of stairs and in guard post. Take green key from window. Guard inside turns towards you and right. Wait for him to turn right, mantle on window, drop on it's edge on the other side and drop on floor behind chair. Don't drop on chair or you will make huge noise.
Open cells and unlock door. Use moss arrow on metal tile. Now you need to time randomly turning guard from guard post and watcher and run to another cell. Moss floor in it and run to another cell. Moss floor again. You can't run to last cell, because prisoner will spot you, so moss entrance floor of last cell on the right and shoot another moss arrow into wall inside. Now drink invisibility potion and run to switch in cell, then quickly return to cell. You have barely enough time. Slowly return to guard post, quietly jump on chair and sneak though window. Now you just need to go to teleporter.

GARRETT AND THE PRINCESS
To get to Truart's House you must go through bath near sleeping on toilet guard. Using switch in bath will move floor and you will fall noisely into lower floor. Guard will wake up, but I have no idea if he went into search mode, because I don't hear any sound from up there. I can't also swim or jump to the higher water to check what's the situation. So this is possible ghost bust #1. You also need to be extremely careful when in Truart's House. Outside patrollers can spot you through windows when you will go through well lighten part of corridor. Be careful. And also you need to worry for 2nd patroller on 1st floor of Castle. You need to dodge him from side while he's turning, but he turns randomly. Plus after dodging him you must continue forward to wall or else he will spot you. Engineer near stables has Blacksmith key. To get it you need to douse torch without 2nd alerting engineer and knight. This may take couple of tries. Later I noticed that engineer starts patrolling.

HALF-ASSED WEDDING
I decided to save/load during conversation in new world, so people will stand in place and don't start patrolling. The whole place is quite easy to ghost except some rainbow challenges. Indigo challenge is easy. Purple challenge requires running along right wall and dodge turning monster and magic bolts. Also don't jump over lava, just run on the other side. Monsters are quite sensitive. Red challenge is also easy, lots of shadows and there is only light above lava. Orange challenge is tricky. No shadow and monsters at first not react to you, but after some time they will attack you. To prevent that I used speed potion, ran to key and quickly to obelisk. Later I checked that nobody went into search mode. Despite lack of shadow yellow challenge is also easy to ghost.
Green challenge is the hardest. On the right side is barely visible stationary monster. He's turning, but the problem is he's barely visible. To see where he's looking at you must max zoom in. Also you only hear his footsteps, so it's hard to check when he spot you. My path to dodge him was by going straight through middle of room, then turn left and squeeze through small gap. Go to shadow near key and lean for it. Return the same way. Blue challenge is easy. Despite many enemies you are safe in many shadows and enemies can get stuck on each other near key. Later objectives will vanish, because the whole mission was just a dream.

As for the possible bust in Garrett and the Princess, how do you know the guard woke up? Can you see him? If so, didn't you see whether he was searching also? Haven't played the mission, just thought I would help determine the outcome. If you can't determine the severity of the alert, I'd say you can't claim the success.
The principle is you should be 100% sure in order to claim success, instead of claiming success automatically unless you are 100% you got alerted. If you possibly got caught, it's safer to say you did.
