I checked all pages with ghost reports and found out that Tower of Illusion (T1) has been already reported by Vanguard (part 2 page 2).
Edit: Another mission that should appear in unreported T1 missions list is Kill for Life by Dront.
Edit 2: Wait, wrong. I just remembered that I ghosted Kill for Life as part of Plot campaign. Sorry for confusion.

KONKURRENTEN
Pretty tricky mission. Some areas are well hidden. There is 710 loot in hidden crypt in Sewers, which I'm gonna avoid, because it requires destroying wooden planks. There is objective that can be triggered to obtain 4 special diamonds. They all count as loot and I will tell in my run that I'm gonna skip some of them, because I want first to find out if it's possible to get diamond from Mine. This one is very difficult to obtain, but I found it that it is indeed possible to grab it. So later I return to places skipped earlier, so my escape run is also different than my entrance.
There are 2 weird things that happened in my ghost run. First - patroller from 2nd floor of Mansion vanished. At the end of my ghost run I noticed that he fell down on street somehow and stopped moving. Second - body discovery stat. It confused me, because while there is objective to kill certain person and I left body in well lighten room, this room isn't visited by anyone. After finishing my ghost run I went back to basement of Mansion. There should be patroller here, but I noticed his absence. I noticed that his body is lying near brazier, so he was probably killed by it (not my fault). Nearby stationary guard noticed his corpse and that's why I have body discovery in my stats.
CITY
After getting your equipment from Troy (there is switch behind banner) run to shadow near left guard near front door of mansion. From here you can grab his and another patroller's purses. Go to storage in Tower and rope up to 3rd floor to find Troy and his Cistern key. Use passage and enter Sewers. 1st passage leads to skulls. Behind right skull is nugget, behind other is secret switch. There is key to Troy's Cellar and also small crypt with a lot of loot, but to get to them you need to destroy wooden planks. Obviously I avoid that.
Go to hatch leading to Tavern. Grab equipment and douse 3 torches in room with sleeping guard. In chest is Sewer Drain key. Go to corridor and nudge guard closer to table to grab 4 coin stacks. You need to worry about returning patroller. In nearby room move crates from trap door or else after opening some crates will break. Inside is ring near bone. Go to door leading to the outside. There is pool, you can squeeze through hole to get secret necklace. Returning is hard, you need to go against wall, then strafe run against stone slope to climb it. Return to Sewers and go right to 1st hatch. There is loot chest under painting. Return to Sewers and go left. Climb up to mansion to office.
MANSION
Read book. Go to library and use switch under desk to go upstairs. From stairs rope up to wooden beam. Go to library, drop on bookcase and grab 2 vases near statue. Rope back up and try to drop and mantle on metal railing near stairs. I failed, but bounced down and didn't get hurt or didn't 2nd alert anyone. Return to 2nd floor and loot it. Since patroller fell on street, it will be easy. Go to double door, douse gas torch above it and 2 torches on the other side. Go to 3rd floor. Instead of going through door, rope up to wooden beam, go left and drop on patroller. Here in rooms is a lot of loot. In last room 2nd light switch opens secret passage to yellow room. There is Wine Cellar key there. Return on wooden beam and go back to stairs. Go to double door on 1st floor.
Marble floor, 2 patrollers and one stationary guard at the middle. Also dousing torch will 2nd alert all guards inside. Wait for patroller with purse to go to double door and steal it, then go to 2 goblets near statues and take them. Return to corridor. Go up to left door leading to dark corridor. Guard from right room will start patrolling. Go left to last chest with loot, then go behind patroller and open 2nd chest in right room. Open door and descend. Dodge patroller. Be careful, sometimes loading game will make him stop moving. It's not a problem, because there is another door leading to basement.
In Wine Cellar is a lot of loot. There is hidden lever near 2nd box. In bigger area is statuette behind box on the right. You must be fast to obtain it. Otherwise guard near brazier may spot you even if he's looking away. Probably because he saw death of his companion. Behind some boxes is switch under wall, which opens passage with dead body of Fratus Manticor. Go behind barrels along right wall to get to area with water and haunt. In torture chamber is 1st special diamond, which I avoid for now, because I have no idea if diamond from Mine can be obtained. Very slowly descend into water and swim to last room. Picklock chest with loot. Then return all the way to Tavern through Sewers and go to area with Temple.
TEMPLE
Mantle on rock on right and mantle to pillars and pool between statues. Continue going along right wall to passage leading to 2nd floor of Temple. There is nothing here. There is patroller walking between floors, he has Mine key. Descend to 1st floor. My first task is checking if special diamond from Mine can be obtained. Room with entrance is well lighten and entrance to Mine is observed by Mechanist. You can try to nudge him, but because there is a lot of light and 2nd floor Mechanist observe this guard we want to nudge, nudging him ends with 2nd alert. So instead i decided to douse all torches in this room, I used 1 gas arrow to douse 3 torches behind Mechanist. This allowed me to enter Mine with just single 1st alert.
MINE
Go right and rope up. Here is special gem. Floor is gravel. To obtain diamond you must mantle in small corridor with gravel. At the end of it is haunt walking in small circle and behind him is special diamond. There is no shadow to hide. So you are forced to use couple of moss arrows on gravel. When haunt isn't looking crouch under corridor. He will keep 1st alerting to you. When he's about to turn away, quickly mantle and strafe run to him, then walk behind him and obtain special diamond and strafe run back through corridor. Then fall into water. Eyeball plants will see you, but since they don't alert anyone, their alert is allowed for ghost run. Take 2 nuggets and strafe swim through underwater corridor and exit Mine.
TOWER
Go to SW door behind Mechanist. There is trophy shooting cobwebs. Tower is patrolled by spider bot and 2 patrollers. You must rope up to wooden beam on the right, then run inside and KO Penatus. Take special diamond and take his body outside. From wooden beam you must do strafe jump+mantle on metal railing. Also you must be careful of below patrollers. You can hide inside Tower. Return to passage with "aggressive" trophy and kill Penatus here. You can also leave his body here. Leave this area and go to opposite door.
LEAVING TEMPLE
Here is patroller and near pool is stationary Mechanist. Near him on pool is bottle. When guard is turned away, sneak into shadow in gravel passage. Go right for mask, then go left, do platforming on wooden beams and douse camp fire. Go behind haunt into gravel cave and quickly run on right rock and hide in right shadow. In hole in wall behind you is nugget. When haunt will leave sneak and climb west wall. There is hole with 3rd special diamond. Return to shadow, then go behind haunt to camp fire area. After haunt will leave try to mantle on angle of south rock. It's hard, but possible. Then drop on the other side.
FINISHING MISSION
Return to Tavern and use Sewers to get back to basement in Mansion. Go behind barrels and this time go behind haunt to torture chamber, obtain last diamond from chimney and return to 2nd floor of Mansion. Go to balcony and jump over street to wall. Wait for patroller below and drop on him, then go along left wall to small tunnel to Troy's house and move barrel. Exit through window and return to starting point.

THE LOST CITY OF GAZING GLASS
Pretty easy mission to ghost. There are only 2 spiders to slowly sneak past, some tricky platforming. At the end to avoid guard past archeologist, you need to go quickly along right wall from shadow to shadow. Then from right corner you need to jump towards middle of higher platform and the same to do to mantle higher. Don't fall behind next guard. Instead go right and drop on other wooden platform. Mission ends here.

HELLERHOUSE
Short, but tricky Thief 1 mission. First mantle on tree and then on wall. Steal Front Door key from one of patrolling thieves and open front door. Use all your water arrows to douse 3 torches. Grab vase, visit bath and grab bottle and 2 goblets. Use door near stairs. Grab 3 plates and Burrick Stables key near locked door. Go to stables and grab water arrow. Go to 2nd floor and lean to douse torch. Mantle on higher steps and very slowly enter 2nd floor door. Close door behind you. In bathroom is tapestry, in kitchen - 4 bottles and switch near carrots. This switch moves windowsill, so you can obtain blackjack.
Now you must kill Patti, so you need to KO him first. The problem is after KO-ing him or even killing him with arrow, he will run to 2nd floor thief, alert him and then he will fall unconscious or die again. This means the only way to avoid alert is by KO-ing 2nd floor thief (ghost bust #1). Move his body to the kitchen, KO Patti and hide in nearby room. Patti will run to body of thief (ghost bust #2) and fall unconscious. Grab Labor key from behind desk. Take his body to pool in 1st floor bathroom and drown him.
Go to 3rd floor, nudge thief to get to door and grab purse between bunks. Run to attic. 2 drunk thieves will ignore you. In attic is chest containing 3 water arrows. Go to burrick stables. For some reason right burrick is sensitive and he 2nd alert to sound of opening safe in wall above water. Dousing torch also 2nd alert him. Go along right wall to trap door and picklock it. Now you can douse torch and open safe with switch. Go down and use switch under lamp. Go to passage near ladder, ignore spider and go to lever on wooden beam. Use it and drop on stone railing. Descend on it and drop on floor. Grab sword and quickly enter toilet. Drop into hole.
Here is pool with 2 spiders on wooden ledge and zombie and green spider in water. They can fight and they may be in random place in water. In my ghost run they were at the middle of pool. All monsters are alerted to each other. First shoot 2 arrows into light mushrooms in water. Now that is dark grab Loo key from wooden ledge on right and rope down into water. There are 3 nuggets to obtain. I could slowly swim behind spider to get on the other side. Getting on rope from water is noisy, so you need to mantle out of water where is metal beam at the middle of pool. Then climb up the ladder. Go back to burrick stables to trap door you opened. Go into tunnel to finish this mission.

A LUCKY HAND
Mission happens during night and is full of events. City part is quite easy to ghost. You must only worry about city watch and getting spotted by other people in places you shouldn't be. After escape from cell wait for guard to move to oven. Bank President is making short steps in his room, so it's possible to get all loot from there without nudging him. Ramirez Mansion is similar, but for some neutral people wearing purses, you will need to wait behind them. For the front guard just close left part of door while heaving right part open, then just lean from shadow and take purse.
Mine has some tracking rats. They are noisy, but don't alert anyone. I use secret passage under rock to get to Murkella's Cave to get 2 ingredients. To get behind Murkella I'm forced to use invisibility potion. Other 2 ingredients are behind Murkella, get also invisibility potions from chest, read Spell Book and frob crystal above passage, then run to exit. One of thieves will get past you and will get killed by Murkella. Time to leave, but front guard for some reason alerts to us. So I was forced to douse 3 torches on the right and run to shadow to avoid alerting him.
In city there are new thieves. I decided to douse one of torches in front of their house to get later purse easier. Take also acid arrows from their chest. Killing bat is necessary for ingredients objective. After throwing grenade it immediately teleports to inventory. Take also head from grave and drop all 6 ingredients into cauldron. Time to return to Murkella.
Murkella is very sensitive after thief's attack, so I used another invisibility potion to get closer to her, because my weapon has too short range. I stopped in shadow near end of tunnel created by frobbing crystal. 4-5 shots from Sorcerer's Killer should kill her. Unfortunately it's impossible to kill her in one shot, so she go into search mode (ghost bust #1). Then I took Desmond's Ring from hand and shot acid arrow into chain above cage. This destroys cage (ghost bust #2). Don't stay too close to cage or you get hurt. After destruction though go closer and steal purse from thief.
Again return to city. Visit storage in long tunnel to grab 2 bags of loot. In secret room in Hotel is Bank key and another thief with purse. Go to Bank for another 2 bags of loot. Also there are 2 new thieves outside of Thieves House and new thief inside (enter from the front). New thieves are neutral. After completing loot objective and other objectives, time to go to stables to finish this mission.

THE MYSTERY MAN
Very difficult mansion mission with a lot of patrollers. There is a lot of enemies placed right in front of doors, which makes it very difficult to sneak past them. There is also a lot of key items and chests with loot in passages behind banners. So sadly I will be forced to KO some enemies and also kill some haunts and destroy some banners. There will be a lot of ghost busts in this manor.
ENTRANCE
Lots of patrollers near starting area. Go to guard near Storage Shed and take his purse. Go to corner and wait for guard to turn around, then enter Shed and grab 2 bottles. Go to fountain, go south and left for 2 nuggets. Return to starting point and go through gravel to hedge maze. Go right for 2 nuggets behind statue. Go 3 times left for hidden ring. Look out, patrollers are walking through this maze. West from entrance in maze is drunken guard with purse. More to the west is entrance to basement.
Grab bottle near another drunken guard, then sneak to chest for loot and candlestick. Return to starting point and mantle on statue and then on hedge. Go south and then west. You are on east side of front entrance. From here you must jump and mantle on wall between 2 pillars. You must be precise or Garrett will refuse to mantle. Slowly go behind guards and steal Front Door key. Enter mansion via front entrance.
MAIN HALLWAY
Entrance area has a lot of hidden loot. There is also a lot of guards. There is patroller on lower part, turning part on top of stairs, top of stairs is also visited by yellow guard. Left side is visited by pair of guards. Both guards on top of stairs have purses. There is chest behind banner above entrance, which I avoid, because it's too far to picklock without destroying banner. So I'm skipping 750 loot.
First rope up to wooden beam above entrance, grab 2 diamonds and use lever hidden in wooden beam. It opens passage under stairs. Don't read note there. It spawns green spider. Instead take loot from 3 chests. Go to Mess Hall, go along right wall and grab purse from 2nd guard. Go to Storage and steal guard's purse. Mantle on opened door and mantle on stone railing. From here you can steal purses of both top guards. From stone railing you must jump+mantle on ledge between columns. That's another hard mantle. Go past column and behind other you will find diamond. Drop on door and repeat that on the other side, but this mantle on ledge is even harder. Wait for pair of patrollers and race with them to Captain's Room. There is goblet and purple box.
GETTING TO KITCHEN
Use door leading to Library. Douse torch to get on top of ramp. Go slowly along left wall and moss floor under stairs. Wait for yellow guard to exit Library, rope up on top of stairs, drop near door and descend. Now you need to quickly crouch walk to shadow near corner. Lean to douse torch and go on top of small ramp leading to Kitchen. 2 servants inside are turning. Steal Dining Room key from left servant, take coin stack and vase. Loot objective completed. Enter Dining Room and steal everything from table and also 2 chests behind banners. Open door to corridor.
TALISMAN OF FIRE + NINA'S GEM
Sadly I must KO guard in front of Small Library and to do that I must lure him to myself (ghost bust #1). When inside I must take book in left corner. It spawns haunt behind me, so I'm forced to kill him (ghost bust #2). Put book on middle table and enter secret passage. Grab Nina's Gem, jump to Talisman of Fire and grab it. To return to passage just strafe run into it. Pool is visited by couple of patrollers. Just go along left wall, nudge yellow guard forward and enter double door. Ignore storage, because entrance is observed by guard. This way I'm skipping 2 vases and tapestry (worth 500 loot). Go upstairs.
BACK GATE AREA
On the right behind statue is switch opening door with 2 coin stacks. Go into corner behind turning guard and nudge him away, so you can go into small room with 2 goblets. Use window to descend on ledge and on trees. Go to guard post. Run inside behind drunken guard. Grab loot from chest and purse. I'm also grabbing noisemaker arrow. It may be useful later in West Tower. Behind banner is chest to picklock, but it's too far to reach without cutting banner. Another 400 loot to skip. Upstairs is coin stack near bunk. Now you need to rope up and quickly mantle to window above guards. Grab goblet and wait for guard to turn away.
TREASURY KEY
Go left into corridor with turning guard. You are safe under south door. Picklock it and go inside. Grab all loot from table and go to room with 2 servants. Mantle on table, open purple box and slowly go along left wall to chests. Right chest has loot and there is coin stack between chests. Now go to banner. Behind it is body with Treasury key and again it's too far to reach, so I'm forced to cut banner to take it (ghost bust #3). Return to corridor, wait for guard to turn left and picklock east door.
UPPER FLOOR KEY
Here is guard on marble and he's turning towards entrance, so dodge him from left and quickly hide in fireplace. Grab 2 vases and go to right room. Quickly picklock it and hide behind it. When guard is turned away, go inside. Grab 6 candlesticks and enter fireplace. Inside chimney is lever. In secret passage close passage, read book and grab purple box and 3 coin stacks. Go upstairs.
Frob painting and grab 2 bottles and diamond from safe. Picklock lock. Guard inside has Upper Floor key. Nudge him forward and grab goblet and 2 bottles. Rope up to wooden beam for diamond. You can grab rope arrow without loudly falling on floor. I also grabbed gas mine from right chest. It may come in useful. Go right. You are in area between 2 balconies. There is wooden bridge, but wood is only on top. While being on it's east side rope down for 4 diamonds. Look out, you can still get spotted by patrollers.
MASTER'S KEY + ALEXEI'S PLATE
Now you need to return all the way to corridor and return to west room. Open locked door, Grab 2 goblets on wardrobe and purple box. Use lever in corner to get Master's key and 5 pieces of loot. Time to return. There is shortcut. Go to window and mantle on shutter and drop and mantle on balcony. Climb ladder and go to other balcony. drop on stone railing and go right to Lord Alexei's Room.
Grab 2 candlesticks and 2 goblets on wardrobe, there is Crystal Shard in corner and in chest is Alexei's Plate. Frob skeleton and go on right side of sarcophagus, lean left to read letter. 2 monsters will spawn behind you. Immediately crouch and back off into full shadow. When light will darken go to door and leave. Time to return to 1st floor.
TALISMAN OF AIR
From Pool go right and douse 2 torches near left guard. Sneak behind him, nudge him a bit and enter Treasure Room. There is Talisman of Air in middle chest, in left is speed potion, in right - loot. Go to Library and sneak along left wall to small office. Use lever and go to secret passage near exit door. Also I'm avoiding opposite office with Treasury, because it's well observed by stationary guard. So I'm skipping 5 pieces of loot on desk (worth 170 loot) and 2 vases from Treasury (worth 400 loot).
TALISMAN OF EARTH
Go to throne room, grab 2 water arrows from left chest and use Master's key on lock behind throne. Quickly go through secret passage and wait for conversation to end. Archer will stop in corner. Guard will keep turning. He's on marble in well lighten room and there is a lot of stuff I want from this room. Also he stays looking in one direction of random amount of time. He turns towards entrance and towards safe. Also he turns left or right randomly. There is no shadow here either. So he will be a huge problem.
First go right to sarcophagus. You must pray for guard to keep turning left. Grab candlestick and use lever behind sarcophagus. Return to shadow. Moss area between chests and bed, also moss right corner near right banner. Guard must keep turning right this time. Go to shelf and take 5 pieces of loot, then go around bed and crouch on the other side. Here and also between brazier and table you are safe. Moss this area under bed, grab tapestry and blue gem.
Now you need to have luck for guard to look at the entrance for long enough. There is speed potion on table. Mantle on it and grab all coin stacks. Take also Talisman of Earth. If you have luck you may also grab Fire Poker from behind banner. Return to brazier and to bed. Now again you must pray for guard to keep turning in opposite direction. Unlock right chest for 4 water arrows and sneak to shadow, then go to bookcase.
It's not over just yet, archer can still spot you when leaving. Open bookcase, lean to open door to Throne Room and just before bookcase will close, quickly jump+mantle on door. This way archer will only 1st alert. Time to go to Kitchen. Wait for yellow guard to leave Library and go behind him to Kitchen.
TALISMAN OF WATER
My target here is to throw Alexei's Plate into sink, but it alerts woman servant. I can't drop plate, nudging on marble turning woman would be difficult. Plus fireplace soon would block my nudging path, so I decided to KO her (ghost bust #4). Throwing plate into sink opens and closes table in Dining Room. Descend to blue ice area. You can walk on it, but if you drop on it or touch from side, you will get hurt. Rope up to right wooden beam and drop into right tunnel. Swim up and drop on ledges. Take Crystaline Scepter. Crouch drop on other ledges, but look out for blue ice wall and blue ice pedestal. Take Talisman of Water and return to Dining Room.
HUGE DETOUR FOR ONE PURSE
There is one last piece of loot I found, but it requires from me to return to the starting point. Going from Kitchen to Library the shortest way was much harder than going in opposite direction. I must hide in dark corner at the bottom of stairs, so yellow guard could enter Library, then I went on top of stairs, mantled on wooden railing and dropped on moss. Afterwards I slowly returned to front entrance, sneaked behind guard and did jump on hedge. I went to Storage Shed and roped up to nearby window. There I used Crystal Shard on golden vase and then again on later vase. This led me to Art Room. I opened double door to grab purse from guard.
Time to return back to window. Now is tricky part. You must mantle on window shutter and quickly turn around and go forward to not fall. Go on wooden beam and wait for below guard to turn towards Storage Shed, then jump towards hedge. You will manage to mantle on 2nd hedge. Now all you need to do is to go on 2nd floor and return all the way to south door behind guard where you found Treasury key.
TOWER KEY
Go upstairs and use 4 talismans. Entering this room will spawn guard, but he's not a problem. The problem is you must cut right banner to enter secret room (ghost bust #5). Read book to open secret stash behind banner. Luckily this time chest is close behind banner, so picklocking it isn't any problem. Take Tower key from it and slowly leave this area. Use shortcut to return quickly to Pool on 1st floor. Time to enter West Tower. So douse 2 torches near double door and enter tower.
WEST TOWER
It's not really tower, because you don't go up or down. First douse 2 torches. Next obstacle is 4 haunts. At the middle of room there will be explosion (invisible trigger). My solution is to strafe run on the other side while being in shadow, then douse 2 torches in next room to disable barrier. Wait for haunts to calm down and sneak to fast zombies. Go behind them and quickly run past lying zombies.
Go to book and try drop on tiny ledge behind it. Fall down and read book. Master will spawn and also fireball, which will 2nd alert him (ghost bust #6). After 10-15 seconds he will stop moving, but he stay alerted forever. You must kill him, but it's impossible to do it in one hit (ghost bust #7).
ESCAPE
Time to leave. Zombies will be easy to sneak and haunts are also easy, because they look at walls and they don't block path of shadow. You need to go upstairs. Just before going to 2nd floor I checked room near ramp and noticed that guard is turned away. I had no idea that he's turning, so I quickly grabbed tapestry and 2 vases, which earlier I assumed were impossible to grab. Then I went to balcony above pool and to balcony above Back Gate Area. Just go on the edge of balcony to finish this mission.

PARTYTIME! (DEMO REWORK)
This is weird combination of Thief 2 Demo The Unwelcome Guest and Life of the Party. City is based on Unwelcome Guest, but Angelwatch is based on Life of the Party. There is more loot (3143), because loot's placement is taken from both OMs. With exception of secret chest behind banner from house near Bank. This secret isn't present, because all secrets are from LotP. Because of demo city's design 1st secret near Bell Tower doesn't exist. All objectives are from LotP. Loot objective on Expert is 1550 (it's Hard difficulty loot requirement in LotP). 2 conversations: between archers and between thieves are in german and to be honest they sound better than in english, which make me want replaying this game in german. Some textures don't show up and one object from outside of Angelwatch appears inside Library.
There are only 2 gameplay differences. After reading Builder's Scripture, golden child doesn't spawn. And escape objective doesn't complete outside Angelwatch. Instead you must return all the way to 1st stationary guard near Bell Tower. Since I don't think these are big changes I don't see the point of making ghost run of this mission. It feels too similar to OMs.

LIFE OF THE PARTY - WINTER EDITION
It's Life of the Party again, but this time snow is falling. Snow covering some ledges acts as carpet and makes city part slightly easier. There are icicles, snowmen and snowballs, which don't affect gameplay. There are frobbable windows with bigger hitbox, which makes falling from Carlysle Castle window much harder. Luckily we don't need to visit this place. Under wooden beam leading to the castle, knight will open window shutters and will stare at window for a long time, but he will eventually turn away.
Angelwatch changed very little. There are 2 active watchers: on the other side of metal floor room with victrola on 3rd floor and the other one on stairs between 3rd and 4th floors. Both are easy to dodge. First one you can avoid by jumping on balcony behind it, for second you just need to use vent or elevator. Both watchers can launch alarm. Also there is new optional objective of getting 9 Builder statuettes. They are placed on tables and they are easy to find. There is really no challenge in getting them, but for supreme you must avoid triggering this objective, because one of statuettes is in Lord Carlysle bedroom and after opening door he wakes up.
That's all changes and again this mission is just too similar to original LotP for me to ghost it. Despite of having almost 1000 more loot (3758) it's placement is the same other than adding 9 Builder statuettes for new objective. 2 watchers don't add too much challenge either. So I recommend checking Life of the Party ghost report instead of ghosting it.

RETURNING THE LOCKPICKS
CITY + PHILIP'S HOUSE
Another blocky mission with eternal darkness made by Dront. City part is quite easy. There is drunken guard who need to be nudged. There is also hard to see lock near entrance door to Philip's House. In house there are ladders on walls, but they don't reach top of ledges. You must shoot rope arrow into ceiling near ladder, so to descend you will drop from rope on ladder. Later you will need to time 3 patrollers at once. Luckily there is good shadow in right corners. Timing 2 patrollers leading to archer with purse may require a lot of waiting. And when returning from there you may be forced to walk behind 1st thief couple of times before 2nd thief will be well positioned.
SPIDER ROOM
But that's nothing compared to spider room. There are 2 things you need: triangle lockpick from central chest and key from chest behind last pillar. There are 4 small spiders in corners and green spider in front of central chest. Go slowly left along green pillar and jump to 2nd pillar. This way you will avoid 2nd alert from green spider. Walk very slowly along pillar to the edge of shadow.
Small spider in corner is your biggest enemy here and you will hate him. First you must do 2 strafe jumps to chest behind last pillar. Problem is that most of the time small spider will go into search mode or even into hunt mode. So you need to be really lucky. Return is also lucky, it requires some strafe jump into shadow. Then time for central chest. You must strafe jump under pillar's wall in front of chest. Again it requires a lot of luck. Also undershooting will 2nd alert small spider on our side and overshooting will 2nd alert small spider on the other side. And again return is the same and requires a lot of luck.
SQUARE LOCKPICK AREA
I thought that rest of the mission will be much easier, but I was wrong. Here is patroller and door leading to crossroads of 2 corridors both patrolled by 2 thieves. Side doors require both lockpicks, last door can be opened and inside is another patroller. There is hidden square lockpick.
So I had no problem with entering this room and getting square lockpick, but leaving ended with terrible timing of 2 patrollers at the crossroad. When 1st patroller is walking away, then 2nd is going right and sees me whenever I try go past 1st thief. Plus their patrol length is the same, so you can't wait for better timing. I was forced to shoot rope arrow at the end of patrol route of 1st patroller a bit on the left and climb to top to avoid. This way I could hide in corridor with single thief at the beginning of this area.
But it's not over yet, because timing to enter side rooms is also bad. I went behind this patroller, opened door and I was forced to quickly run left, picklock door and hide there. Here are 4 locks that opens 4 chests. Took me few tries, but finally returned to corridor with single thief. With bad timing I decided to return to the spot where I needed to rope up to enter this area. This reseted the timing of thieves, so I could go behind thief and picklock right door. But again I had bad timing of thieves when leaving this room. I needed to go behind patroller along left wall to opposite door and wait there for 2nd patroller to turn around, then go to single thief corridor and finally get out of the house and return to 1st part of Philip's House in different part of city.
HAMMERITES AREA
Street is patrolled by 3 Hammerites. I recommend sneaking to shadow near door and wait for patroller on this part to go away, then go behind Hammerite walking on the left. Look out for huge hitbox of lamppost. Walk behind him, grab loot and dodge him again. If there is other nearby Hammerite turning around, quickly return behind Hammerite guarding loot. At the end hide in shadow. Room is easy to ghost. Just douse 3 torches and you can sneak easily between priests.
LOOT SITUATION
So far all loot was accessible. Unfortunately it ends here. Last corridor in house has rooms with single thief in front of table. You can't nudge thieves. For loot on table you must stand on side of thief and quickly lean forward. Unfortunately 1 plate (worth 50) is too far to reach. There are also 2 vases under floor, but only purple vase can be obtained. To do that you must lean to the side of thief, so Garrett will lean a bit downward and reach purple vase. Unfortunately golden vase (worth 100) is too far.

Just noticed that one of unreported missions is listed twice. Mechanists on the Rise and Rise of the Mechanists is the same mission made by Cardia.
