only two of my objectives showed also I went straight back to Garrett House and the game carried on like I had finished the first two original levels

Have you tried without a GL install? copy the original_backup.zip file somewhere (its in the root of T3) and uninstall the FM via GL, then do a manual install.
Just remember to delete the files from the ZIP afterwards before using GL again as you may end up backing up far too much. ;)

If it helps, potterr, I did a manual install and had a single blank objective pre mission. During the mission, I had two correct objectives plus a blank one.

The Same for me too, both manual and GL Install

Ah thats good, it doesn't look like its actually GL causing it then, however I would like to find out why it occurs...The only thing I can think of is the final objective is using a non default filename, and I don't know about you but I used the original T3 exe on a PC with no editor installed (basically what most people will be using).

My two cents at this point - try with the editor t3.exe as well (it's only about 65Kb or something anyway). Or maybe it just doesn't like the "_" in the name, I know normal UT has problems with it sometimes. Not much help if that is the problem, but it's a strong maybe.
Has anyone had the 3rd objective (Get out of the building) show up, in the menu and/or in the game?
GlasWolf on 20/6/2005 at 18:11
Ah yes, the T3MainOptVersion and T3MainReleaseVersion both show the "lost" objective.
Edit: Using the T3.exe from the editor doesn't fix it if the release version of T3Main.exe is still used.

Nicely spotted GlasWolf - congratulations.

A neat little mission to be sure :thumb: I just finished it.
I used my TDS installation and so the objectives didn't show. Can someone explain how and why Glaswolf's fix works?

i've been waiting for this moment since January, and i've just discovered what i could have spent some of that time doing: learning how to play T:DS fan missions. I have no idea how to get this thing to work. i'm sure launching fan missions for the T3 editor has been explained somewhere, but I can't find it. can someone point me in the right direction?
