I always enjoyed looking at the yearly FM stat graphs made by Ricebug, but since he has retired (and the old graphs from his site no longer seem to be available), I went ahead and compiled my own stat graph:

The numbers overlap a lot when it comes to the mid 00s with TDS, TDM and TG, but I didn't find a way to fix that.
The spike of TG FMs due to the 20th anniversary contest is very noticeable!
EDIT: Updated with data corrections from this thread.

Thanks for continuing this tradition, JarlFrank!

Yes, I loved these charts when Ricebug was doing them, it's too bad they all disappeared when he retired from Thief.
One quick correction - I believe there were 7 T2 missions in 2018. Looks like Taffers Paradise doesn't list Darkstone Gems Point of Entry or the Mortuos Liber Campaign (which did include new missions).

One other thing I found - 2017 should only have 21 T2 missions. Taffers Paradise has The Korrigans (2006) and Roofs of Gold (2015) mistakenly listed as 2017 missions.
Btw, not doing this to be a jerk! I just always figure I'm missing stuff on Southquarter so I was comparing my numbers to Taffers Paradise. While comparing, I actually discovered that I had forgotten to include Compulsory Egress in my database (oops) until today. So it goes both ways.

Taffer's Paradise is missing The Upward Spiral and TSR-1000, both T1 missions by Spoonman, so 2018 and 2019 should both have 1 more T1 mission.

Taffer's Paradise is also missing This FM haz no sense! and A Visit for the Knights. Both downloads I found on ttlg.de. Other missing FMs are also there. It has even Haplo's Portal demo from 2019. So I think it's better site to check.
Anyway, I found this graph quite interesting to see. I noticed that T2 FMs in last 2 years are on quite low level. I guess people are working for their contest entries or their campaigns. Also I read in Ricebug's FM stats that there was confusing situation with 2 T2 FMs showed as released in 1999. I'm happy you didn't make the same thing here.

Thanks, Jarl! Great to see this continue!
I've always thought it less than an accurate depiction of community activity to count multi-mission campaigns as a single data entry. It makes it seem as if production is lower than it actually is. In recent years, we've seen many large campaigns.

Thanks for all the data corrections. I think I'll wait a little while in case more pop up, and then overhaul the graph. I just went by what's hosted on Taffer's Paradise without cross-referencing other sites.

Fixed the date issues with those two missions now. What Polish-only missions are missing from taffers, drop me the names of those missions and ill see about adding them.
Mortuos Liber is on taffers. Added Darkstone Gem Chapter 2, Part 3, also fixed some of the naming of the Darkstone missions.
This FM haz no sense! and A Visit for the Knights and portal(demo) are now on taffers.
The Upward Spiral and TSR-1000 are both sorted now and can be downloaded.
