Only for the butterflies.
Or by using the console. You can't levitate.

you just go really slow and you need acrobatics of 100
go to a body of water and find a wall you couldn't normally walk on and jump from the waters surface to that land but you can't go over water or hit ground or you won't be levitating anymore

If you cheat...then you can the cheat is [SPOILER]tcl (causing clipping mode to be deactivated. You have to bring of the cosole with the tilda key and then type TCL in. Make sure that you dont click anything before hand. Look at the top of the screen and make sure nothing in white is listed!!![/SPOILER]
