I tried flying from balmora to the town past Marandus in an ash storm. I circled around hoping the town would lite up on the map, it didn't. I left with 11 30sec levitate potions, when all were gone there was a 10 second fall. I guess that's why it didn't light up, I was too far up!
Anyway,Is there a better way to get there? I can't remember the name of it, and It just looks like one building on the map that came with the game. It's for the mage guild quest. Any Ideas?

Hmm... catch a stilt strider to Suran, and then swim up the river? That, or just take the path east from Ft. MoonMoth that goes over that bridge and past a Dwemer ruin. Btw, that's no town, that's a single 'rogue' Telvanni dome.
