Oh hell no, the last thing I want to do is make this game scarier, I don't scare easily (hell, I'm hardly ever scared), But this game is creepy as hell already! ^(O_O)^

The lights are in the room where you are playing the game. When you turn them off, the game will be scarier. The cargo bay is a scary bit. There is synergy here.
The cargo bay...
Fighting hybrids on Medical didn't faze me.
Hunting them through the corridors of Eng. didn't scare me.
The protocol bots were tense encounters, but not scary.
But holy shit... the cargo bays had me huddling in a corner listening to those bastards try and find me.

Darkness + Hearing things but not seeing them + Sudden noise then silence when you use a door or elevator = The scares.
I was one of the myriad of noobs who thought that Delacroix was in these Cargo Bays, and that I would have to return
:cheeky:

Yeah, its when its quiet that really scares the hell out of you, you don't know when somethings going to come after you.

Don't forget the lift that brings the big droid in, i used to press that button a million times and those big yellow things scared the hell out of me (especially when u run out of AP bullets and jam all your guns so u have to use the wrench)

It was the Eggs/Worms/Arachnids (Thank god for Jocke's patch)/Cyborg Midwives that really got me on edge.
