I'm fairly early in System Shock 2, And I'm trying to get through this door but theres a radiation leak so I can't get through, I got through that other part of that area (And that cut scene where you're moving through that organic looking part and hearing something, very creepy), so now what do I do?
EDIT: Theres also some other door I have to get through, but its a code door, I can't find the code and there isn't a hack menu for opening that door so what do I do?

Read the logs. Everything you need to know is in the logs and messages you get from Polito. If you still have doubts, check the list of what you need to do.
Basically, in Engineering you want to get the elevator back online, but in order to do that you need to do a lot of things: get the access code to Engineering Control - it's in a log inside Cargo Bays 2, and to get inside it you'll need an access card that you'll find in Cargo Bays 1. Once you get access to Engineering Control and try to flush the radiation you'll find out that you'll need a circuit board, which can be found in one of the storage rooms. Get that circuit board, use it in the Systems Monitoring unit, inside Command Control, and go back to Engineering Control to finally flush the radiation. Then just find out what you'll have to do next.

I just checked, You're right, I didn't realize I had a log that had the code, I thought I had all but the code XDXDXD. I feel stupid now.
Anyways, Thanks, I'll use it later when I decide to play.

OK, I don't know where I'm supposed to be going, the door I thought I was supposed to open says Storage 5, And the log is for storage 4, Am I going in the right direction? I'd get a screencap but Prtscr isn't working when I take a picture of the game.

Just get the logs and read the information there! You have plenty of places to go, so you're definitely not stuck. Explore the level, and eventually you'll find all the information you need. SS2 isn't a 'consoley' game, where the player is taken by the hand (and if you're having that kind of trouble with it, just keep away from the original System Shock). Since I just found out that you're cheating through the game, which is something that I despise, I'll just stop trying to be helpful. Maybe you'll find a cheat that will tell you what to do.
And yes, Print Screen won't work in the game. If you had a legitimate version of the game, with the manual and all, you'd know that :p

I've gotten all the logs I can find and I don't see any info, what should I do?
And how do I get a screencap then?
EDIT: Found some logs, I didn't know about Cargo bay 2A and 2B, I don't know what door the code goes to though.
EDIT2: I think I might have figured it out, I completely forgot about that door in the hall in that place between the gravlifts in the hall with the hole in the floor.

Oh, you are in for a treat. Turn off the lights ;)

I still have to get the chemical. Thats as far as I've gotten, what happens when you turn off the lights?
P.S. I really should stop begging for help every time I am stuck instead of asking for help or using a code.
EDIT: Wait, it was a circuit board, not a chemical, although I don't know where I'm supposed to go with it.
EDIT2: It was upstairs, I should really start looking through the levels instead of asking for help.

If you need so much help on the forums, why not find a walkthrough? There are several of them and a simple search will get you what you want.

The lights are in the room where you are playing the game. When you turn them off, the game will be scarier. The cargo bay is a scary bit. There is synergy here.
