First release date for DXHR - 25th August

As reported on Kotatu - Australian EB has the release date listed as 25th August.

Ages left to finish Assassins Creed, Crysis, Dead Space and Defense Grid then!

I don't know why we get it a day earlier than Europe, but whatever. I wouldn't be surprised if the Yanks get it even earlier.

I agree with Ostriig. What happened to maybe March, then maybe April? It's gonna be a long wait, even though according to the DE: HR site No. America will be seeing the release just a few days earlier than Europe. And here I just started replaying the first DE (haven't played it in about 7 yrs.) in anticipation of an April release. Rats!

Been waiting a long time, I can wait a little more.

I think I'll opt NOT to replay DX again before DX:HR, so as to approach it with minimal expectation bias.

I replayed DX1 again recently. Still so very good. I decided to also give HR a fighting chance by replaying IW right after. By the end of IW, I just wanted it to be over and I was so far from caring about any of the outcomes or factions or characters or anything. I wish I could uninstall from it from Steam, as in remove it from my games list.

So I guess I'll be playing it around August 2012, by which time it will be as patched as it's going to get, any DLC already released and bundled, and probably selling for $20.
