Is there any way to craft a bow in this game?

Not just Morrowind-esque, I'm sure that some of the ambient music that plays in Whiterun (among other places) is pulled directly from Morrowind. It sounds identical to me (I listen to the Morrowind soundtrack regularly, because I love it). If they altered it at all, it was so minor that I can't detect it.
Yeah, you're right. After listening to it again this morning, I can see that now.:)
@koki:
I didn't see an option to craft a bow in Riverwood. (You can 'improve' a bow you already have though using the grindstone.)
About the audio issue I mentioned before:
I thought I had the latest audio driver for my sound card, but I decided to use windows' update drivers thing from device manager and it updated them so I obviously didn't have the latest. Well, when I went to play this morning the game did seem to sound louder so that seemed to help.

Dodging ice pellets and hearing them shatter behind me (5.1 audio) never felt so real.
The 'shattered dinner plate' effect works pretty nicely. You know exactly what it is you're hearing, but it's also what you might expect big balls of ice to sound like after they've struck something and shattered, so it's pretty seamless.

Audio always gets a small slice of the CPU pie. It's gotten smaller over the years, too, for the most part. For Thief, that functionality was necessary for gameplay reasons, but it's pretty easily expendable in Skyrim.
You have to admit, too, that door occlusion was pretty iffy in the Dark Engine, especially since doors spend more time disappearing than they do working properly in the first two games. There's no blending between the open or closed states, and it just drops the level of the 'submix' as opposed to doing proper filtering.
Umh no, doors disappearing really is quite rare.

I wonder, if it was possible for Bethesda to arrange a competition (for the next game for example) for people to get their voices in the game. As random bandits etc. They do start to repeat themselves quite early. I think many people would submit.
Of course, I realise the big problem would be the equipment and place of recording affecting the quality.
