I think mine was also Adventure, since that was one of the few Atari 2600 games that could be beaten more or less. I remember finishing Raiders Of The Lost Ark, although that was something a bunch of us worked on figuring out together because it was cryptic as hell. The 2600 versions of Star Raiders, E.T. and Pitfall 2 would be up there as well.

The first game I beat (without cheating) would have to be (
http://hol.abime.net/3230) Alien Breed on the Amiga 500. It had only about six levels and compared to many other games at the time it was quite easy (the later games in the series were much harder).

It was a clone of this game:

Okay, serious answer, Frogs & Flies for the 2600, it had a legit ending.
Did it really? I used to play that game all the time at my cousin's house.

For me it was The Bard's Tale, played on an Apple ][ GS. So many late nights, so many pieces of graph paper with maps.
I had an IntelliVision game system, and I played those games a ton too, but I think most of them were of the unbeatable variety. I got good enough at Tron Deadly Discs to just walk away from it when I got tired of playing, but I never "beat" it, since it never ends.

The first game I remember playing was one of the Reader Rabbit games (hell if I can remember which one though- probably one of the mid to late 90s versions) when I was maybe 3 or 4. I'm pretty sure I would've beaten it before anything else, though I'm almost certain that I never beat Math Rabbit (its companion game).

Well not to date myself but I started with a Magnavox console that had 4 variations of pong on it. They were hand ball, tennis, tennis doubles and hockey. But the first game I beat was Adventure on the Atari 2600. It was also the first game to have an easter egg in it. And yes I found it too a few years later. I still play it sometimes along with the updated version called Indenture.
