Thank you, I'll keep that in mind...?
That's what I thought :cheeky:
Anywho, I favored Tong's ending. I wanted to leave things up to the people; being a shadow ruler means things stay the same, and being an ai dictator means things would be too matter of factly, too rational.

I suspect that things would not actually be so rational, but Denton/Helios would just be absolutely convinced that they were.

A benevolent dictator is still a dictator. But the whole idea of the Illuminati ending is that nothing changes. People don't know that they are being lead at all. The invisible hand etc.

*snip* but was anyone else a little disappointed by the brief ending(s)?
I was looking forward to a big and gory endboss battle with Page...blood, blood and more blood...not a switch box. :wot:

I was happy to not have a clichéd Boss battle at the end. DX (like the Thief series) successfully avoided the standard fight; you still had to take down the main villian, just not using brute force.
Nice location ID.

I also liked how Page went out. "Not with a bang, but a whimper" as it is said.

For those who want a big bloody shootout ending, I suggest that you go get DooM 3.
Aren't you bored by that by now? (I like DooM 3) Thank goodness I don't have to be bored to death by the extravagent kill the boss at the end thing. And to have a choice of endings! Fabulous!
