Try every mage guild... you have a guy who can teleport you to all other mage guilds in every guild...use him to check out all the guild...I think that one of them is selling it in every mage guild...im sure coz I bought it from one of them. Camongs tong also has some mages, temple aswell...ask everyone is every mage guild, then try temple and camonga tong

I think the guild guide chick in Balmora Mage's Guild sells it. It's pretty cheap too.

I found this spell and have used it so much you see I just started and bought this spell and took a few soul gems and went to an egg mine and soultraped the queen and killed her took the soul gem and made a HELPFUL sword thats all :cheeky:

I have a Daedric Katana enchanted with Soul Trap and elemental damages. Most nasty.
Anyway, I'm a fighter, so the only spells I know are those I learned to get enchanted. I learned all the spells needed for my Katana in the Balmora Mages Guild, so you are definately able to buy it there.
