So, I was walking to Ald-Ruhn and I run into this woman. She said that her husband was chased off by Nix Hounds and I volunteered to find him. He might be west of her location (which is on the western edge of the city).
I have looked all over, but have endured 4 days of unpleasant weather - it is not helping my search.
If someone can help, would be appreciated.

I found him very close to where she was. She is facing west across the road, just follow her gaze over the little ridge. The nix hounds will be on the other side so kill them. Her husband was in that area, not very hard to find (does detect creature spell work on NPC's?)
