At last the perfect guide to finding full Daedric Armor:
DAEDRIC HELMSThere are four different types of Daedric Helms.
1) The Daedric Face of God Helm Located in Sepulcher, Tukushapal. Levitate all the way up to the ceiling and go to the west end of the cavern. Look for the hidden area that has blue glowing crystals around it. The Helm is lying on the floor near a chest. Tukushapal is accessable through a tomb called Marvani Ancestral Tomb. For directions there, click (

2) The Masque of Clavicus Vile Located in Dagon Fel. Just outside town there is a Dwemer ruin named Sorkvild's Tower. Enter the ruin. Walk down the stairs, kill the man wearing bonemould, and look for a ladder going up. When you climb the ladder, you will be in a small room with Sorkvild the Necromancer. Kill him, and rob his corpse of the Masque.
3) The Daedric Face of Inspiration Helm Located in Ibar-Dad, behind the door guarded by Daedra. To reach Ibar-Dad, go to the Urshilaku Camp. Head west until you reach Assurnabitashpi. Ibar-Dad is just west and a touch south of there. The cave entrance faces northwest.
4) The Daedric Face of Terror Helm Located in the Ghostgate Tower of Dusk, Lower Level. Unfortunately, you'll have to cut off Enar Dralor's head for it.
DAEDRIC PAULDRONSMany sites and forums will tell you that the only Daedric Pauldrons in the game come from Divayth Fyr's shoulders, and that you have to kill him for them. However, there is another pair, so don't go off severing threads of prophecy.
Daedric Right Pauldron Located in the Tower of Castle Karstaag, Solstheim. The castle is easily visible on your paper map, at the northwest corner of Solstheim. From the outside of the castle, levitate to the roof. On the roof, there is a door to the Tower. The inside of the tower is a small, empty room. Search between the crevices in the ice walls and you will soon find it.
Daedric Left Pauldron Located in Norenen-Dur, The Wailingdelve; first go to Bamz-Amschend, then to Norenen-Dur from there. Bamz-Amschend is the Dwemer ruin that is part of the Tribunal main quest; accessible through the statue in the Plaza Brindisi Dorom. You will need a levitation spell to get the Pauldron, and it is quite hard to find. You will see it between some rocks on a cliff side near a waterfall.
DAEDRIC CUIRASSDaedric Cuirass Located in Mistress Therana's inventory. Either steal it from her, kill her, or do her quests. Save before attempting (the quest may be mandatory to recieve the Cuirass and she's a tough enemy for low level characters). She is in Therana's Chambers, in the Upper Tower of Tel Branora. You will need a levitation spell.
DAEDRIC GAUNTLETSDaedric Right Gauntlet Located in Kogoruhn, Bleeding Heart. Kogoruhn is the stronghold southeast of Falasmaryon. It is pictured on the paper map but is not labeled. The Right Gauntlet is on a rock next to the Left Gauntlet in the westernmost room of the Bleeding Heart.
Daedric Left Gauntlet Located in Kogoruhn, Bleeding Heart. Kogoruhn is the stronghold southeast of Falasmaryon. It is pictured on the paper map but is not labeled. The Left Gauntlet is on a rock next to the Right Gauntlet in the westernmost room of the Bleeding Heart.
DAEDRIC GREAVESDaedric Greaves Located in Mistress Therana's inventory. Either steal it from her, kill her, or do her quests. Save before attempting (the quest may be mandatory to recieve the Greaves and she's a tough enemy for low level characters). She is in Therana's Chambers, in the Upper Tower of Tel Branora. You will need a levitation spell.
DAEDRIC BOOTSDaedric Boots Located on a shelf in the entry of Galom Daeus. For directions to Galom Daeus, click (

*sigh* There are plenty of perfectly fine guides out there but let me correct yours.
Pauldrons are only for those with the expansions.
Cuirass is not on her inventory, that is a cuirass only recievable through the telivanni quest for her which you can only do as a mouth, no higher, no lower. And it has constant effect feather 50 pts. There is also a normal cuirass on tell fyr(with the rest on the daedric stuff except the towersheild) and one in the same place as the left pauldron.
Greaves, are also not in the inventory and have CE feather 50pts etc. Another pair is in the Drin plantation, north of vivec, beside that big lake.
You can also mention the shields. Tower shield has a 1/20 chance of appearing on a goldensaint and found no where else.
Normal shield can be found in Galom Dues with the boots, but they are in the observatory, you need to levitate up to that ring at the top bit. Also one on Galos Farethi in drin's manor, 1/20 chance on a golden saint and one in Ibar-dad. West of the Urshilaku camp, past the daedra ruins, near the coast, it might be quite hard to find but it is in there, also while you are there you may as well pick up the best shield in the game, elidon's ward which is above the door way to the tomb(which contains the daedric shield).

is elidon's ward that good or should I find and enchant my own dae tower shield?
ok all that stuff you said is true but take it easy, i'm just trying to keep it simple for the uber n00bers out there.

It's an Artifact like mentioned in the recent thread on 'em. I think it's AR is 333 too, and type is Heavy Armor. From what I remember though, the magical enchantment isn't that nice. A Daedric Tower Shield with Constant Effect Restore Health is the better bet (even if it does make the game much easier.)
Pisces on 9/8/2004 at 04:10
I wasn't meaning to sound harsh. Just sighing cause it is simpler for newbies if they know all their options than choose which is easiest for them, I am not insulting or pissed off but you did get things wrong, for example, uber newbies might not have the expansions. Eldions ward has a base AR of 100(compared to daedric with 80)
However Eldion's ward is already enchanted with restore health 50-100 pts, cast when used. And a daedric tower shield has an extremely high enchant value so I consider it better if you can afford to enchant it.
RyushiBlade on 9/8/2004 at 05:45
Aha! I'm not wrong for once. In the editor it gives them both an AR of 100, but in game it is put to 333, possibly to determine your overall AR rating. I just remember the Lord's Mail has an AR of 333. Either way, Eleidon's Ward is the best shield (armor wise) you can get in the game.

*clap clap* Do you feel special now that you have got something right :thumb: :cheeky:
The base AR is what it is at 30 skill in that armour class. I don't know why they made everything differcult in the editor.

while were talking about expensive enchantments, i have a question. how much gold do you guys have? i dont know what to compare to. i raid lots of daedric shrines and have goldbrand lords mail etc. i carry around 500k at the most. and i have tons of daedric weapons and artifacts of all kinds lying around my house. what about you guys? theres a kid at my school who never has more than 10k, so i make fun of him. am i good, or is he just a big ugly noob?
RyushiBlade on 9/8/2004 at 20:44
I usually carry 200k at a time. It gives me enough time to restock with expensive items while I spend the money I have. It's more than enough for me to train, buy potions, repair items, etc.
Pisces on 10/8/2004 at 06:42
My characters usaully get up 500K pretty fast then stay around there for a while while buying enchantments than slowly go up into the millions.
