ok new problem. i have installed bloodmoon. and when i go into the construction set and try to work on my plugin it says it cant find the right master ile. and so i click continue running. then when i try to test it in the game, its not there. whats wrong?

Did you make sure to load both the Morrowind and Bloodmoon master files?

yep. im still trying to figure out how to move things up.. ive got the hang of down.. but not up..

Hold Z and drag the object to move it up or down. Press F to make it go to the floor. You can also hold x or y to drag them across the appropriate axis. Axises? Ax.. es.. ... But I think that it isn't as useful as it sounds, really.
