Don't deem this thread delete-worthy despite the fact that it is naughty aimed at people who IRC:
I propose that we decide on a movie to watch in synch, kind of like albums but with pictures. I know you guys all have A LOCAL VIDEO STORE that has pretty much EVERY FILM EVER IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, so why not walk DOWN THE ROAD and PICK UP a great film and watch it as a team with stupid ass running IRC commentary. We can set an advance date since I know that most films take a LONG TIME TO GET FROM THE VIDEO STORE.

wasn't there discussion about doing this on IRC a couple years ago? And didn't the five minute or so runtime difference on PAL vs NTSC throw a bit of a wrench into ever doing it? In either case, I'm in.
