Waah :D Beating Brazil with 2-1!
Never expected this to be possible against the 5 times world cup winner!
Go Holland!

Congratulations! :thumb: Great game. You really deserved it. And it´s only fair after Fabiano´s hand goal against Ivory. And Robben and van Bommel have my sympathies after this phenomenal season with Bayern München. (My heart stood still when I saw Felipe Melo´s brutal foul against Robben. He is one of the key players for Bayern and Oranje, and another long injury would be a catastrophe. [And btw: A big "Thank you" to the Netherlands for Louis van Gaal and his qualities.])
See you on the final... (with another Müller victory goal of course... :ebil:)

So... yeah, INSANNNNNNE. :)
Subjective Effect and the Phantom Memory.
I more or less agree directly with Scot's first review of the film, and would even go so far as to say that I
liked Indy 4, as far as imperfect-but-fun summer films go. While any goodwill I had toward the film has long since evaporated, the fact remains that the movie was pretty well received at the time, and the stance that anything less than sheer hatred for the film counts as a fringe view is itself, actually, a fringe view, granted the illusion of substance only via collective nerdrage magnified by the warping lens that is the internet.
Indy 4 isn't a great film by any stretch, but nor is it obviously a festering pile of shit.

Good to see Brazil going down. I was getting reaaally tired of those dimwits. Plus they showed off excellently how they just cannot accept defeat. Poor losers.
Personally I'm hoping Holland finale doesn't lose to germany in the finale and wins. Assuming that's the finale setting. I also wouldn't mind Holland vs Spain. But VS Germany would be more classic.
Funny how all other countries failed - France, England, Brazil, Italy, Portugal.... whatever other good football teams there were.

Uruguay got some tripple luck there. This was hilarious. :D

Oh yeah! Netherlands wooooo! Brazil out! Now the Argies need to beat Germany so Paraguay can humiliate them after they fuck up the Spanish for knocking Portugal out. This is my dream.
Which would give us, the fans, a rocking good final of Netherlands v Paraguay, and that ain't bad. Especially since, after Paraguay defeats usual End Boss Argentina (sending a shockwave through South America) Uruguay have the chance to do the same. Pounding Argentina again! Go on Maggie! AHAHAHAHAAA!
Netherlands is a good team who have been playing ferociously against some very strong opponents, only to take out one of the End Bosses early on. You got to like that.
I hate, you hate, he or she hates, we hate, they hate winning on PKs. Hate hate hate. It sucks to lose on penalty kicks, and it sucks to win on penalty kicks. At this level of competition, especially at the quarter-finals of the World Cup, you'd think something like Sudden Death would make more sense (and be WAY more awesome).
So I'm interested in WC2010 again. I lost my way for a second, but all three relevant teams got shut down ignominiously and I was bummed.
But now... COME ON THE NETHERLANDS :D
Also if Germany loses unfairly due to a bullshit call, ref malfeasance, or other related shenanigans of the sort decried in this thread, what shall we make Kolya do?
