I'm supposed to get some "muck" at the dock at Alof,s farm to give to the shrine, but I can't find any muck at the dock? Where exactly is it?

Muck is found in Muck Sponges. You may need to travel to a small island in the middle of the lake to get them. And no, you don't need a muck shovel!

See any mucksponges? They are man-height, white tube-shaped things. You can get muck out of them. They are usually next to the water,

I found some muck and put it near the shrine...were you suppose to get a journal update?

Look at the triolith and press "space". It will ask if you wish to donate muck and receive a blessing. Click "Yes".
