(

Been 5 years since I brought it up last. Found it while doing a search and thought it'd be good to remind you all of the coming doom.

Actually, the coming doom starts at 11:13pm, on April 7th 2072 ;)

By then the shock community should have developed a set of Military Grade Implants to combat the threat. :cheeky:

Who knows if one of our kids will be the hacker to start it all? devil::p

 I was wondering why there were two seemingly unrelated threads about the same topic. Now I know.
VALET2 MADE ME EAT DEAD THREAD!!!
I'm a veggie fcs. *grumble*

Valet2 brought the thread up from eternal sleep, so you ate a living thread. :p
Anyways, there is a chance I'll be alive in 2072, I hope I'll be there to see how things will have advanced at that time in space exploration research. :D

Hopefully people survive the asteroid impact in 2029 (2037 if it misses us the first time).
Edit: Forget it, turns out that the chances of it hitting us are small.

Small chance still means it is a possibility. ;)

The only reason I mention that asteroid (99942 Apophis, for all of you people that are wondering) was in 2029 it going to pass within 400 meters of the planet. Recently, it was discovered that it wouldn't and it was downgraded.

The lack of anything spectacular occurring in the skies over Macross Island in the year 1999 has put me off depending on any form of entertainment as prophecy.
