Tough question. I like ALL lines.
However, there you go, some random:
"Alright-alright I'm awake, what's going on?"
"Something wrestling.."
"Is that you? Clive?"
"If something's there, I'm gonna be mad"
"You're dogmeat!"

I like the lines from TG
"What was that there? I saw something"
"Oh God, all the blood" (as near as I can remember it)
"Get back out here you taffer!"
Not so much for the lines but their delivery. The first two are voiced by the same female actress, and I like the way she says them. The third, voiced by Dan Thron, because IMO it is the best utterance of the word "taffer" in TG.
On another note, not really about "lines" but I was wondering how many animals have gone into the Burricks' audios. When they see you they trumpet like elephants. When patrolling they make pig oinks as well as horse-type snorting noises. When chasing you they make dog-like noises. There are also some other noises I have not identified yet. The roar when they die or are knocked out, and at times they make a sort of mournful sound. Not sure which animals these come from (if any).

Just mentioned what I think is the best "taffer" in Thief Gold. I also think Raoul makes the best knocked out sound. Just a short "uh!". I like knocking him out.

My best memories come from non-standard situations with standard lines.
Once, I had blackjacked about seven guards on a small city square in a FM, and their limp bodies were littering the place. An archer came along, recoiled and yelled "I have seen signs of an intruder!!"
"He's got a SWORD!" from a servant whom I am pursuing, and when I just have a blackjack and no sword in that FM.
"We can wait, Taffer! We can wait!" when I have ascended onto some platform which is far less than half a meter in height above the place where the guard yells this line...
Sometimes, I answer the guards, leading to conversations like the following:
Guard: "I know you're out there...!"
Me: "I know that too..."
Slightly alerted enemy: "Is that you?"
Me: "Depends on who is 'you'." (usually while blackjacking the enemy)
Sometimes, I just answer "yes" instead. May happen after "Is there someone there?" as well. Followed by standard blackjacking attempt.
Servant: "Don't hurt me!"
Me: "Oh, but I do." -whack-
Sometimes, I am the cause of lines going the wrong way.
Hammerite: "And the Builder said: 'Uh.'" (when knocked out just at the right time)

When you put out a torch next to a guard and when they calm down they say "Must have been rats".
In T2 when a female police officer found a body and said "Murder!...I mean Code 6!"
