My favorite line of quality dialouge was the one where a barely comprehensible Hong Kong bartender derides you for not having read an obscure Olaf Stapledon novel that Warren Spector got out from the library one time and never got around to returning.
Which pretty much sums up the entire game.
Second place: "The disease vectors are all wrong! I know, I taught science at the community college!"

I just heard it a few minutes ago. Denton kills Jojo the pimp. His hooker and her father are happy for a moment, but then the hooker runs away crying, "Ya can't be nothin but a bum around here. I'm gonna run away. I'm gonna go where it's different, where I'll have a chance. I'm goin to Eugene, Oregon!"

I remember the part when I killed JoJo the pimp in the 'Ton Hotel.
I was walking by him on the steps and he bumped into me and said "Oh you Bad!" like an ass. I realized who he was and whipped around and said to myself "Oh you dead" and misted that fool with a rocket.
You had to have been there.
