While I was playing the it, the DuClare Chateau and Paris Streets music made an impression that I still remember ... more ambient and eased me into the atmosphere and story. I liked pretty much all of the soundtrack, though, NY & Hong Kong.
I also recall the club music being delightfully cheesy.

Either the stuff in Hong Kong (The Synapse, I think) or the DuClare mansion - closely followed by the Cathedral.

Lots of music in the game is excellent, but I have to pick one I probably go for the NewYork Streets song. The beginning is rather boring, though, after hearing it lots of times, but I really like it when it kicks in after about a minute.

Paris Streets, for the atmosphere. DuClare Mansion and the Cathedral are not far behind, though... I think I'm beginning to see a pattern here :p
