What's everyone's favorite track for the game? A quick google for Deus Ex Soundtrack pulled up the following:

My favorite has to be Enemy Within, or perhaps the

What's yours?

I like 'The Synapse' very much. :)
Paris Streets sounds great as well.

UNATCO HQ, without a doubt. It's just so warm and friendly. Which is particularly poignant when you get there after the 747 mission and everything is so empty and bleak.

I like Synapse too. Very good. Too bad Hong Kong is so streamlined, you get to the next loading screen before the music gets good :cheeky:

Well, at least the music in the other Hong Kong areas isn't too bad. (if you can call that music, it is more like ambience)

Orchestral Templar Cathedral theme is quite good.

Agreed. I've always liked the Templar Cathedral music. I also rather like the ending music for Helios and the New York street music.

DuClare Chateau. Just so relaxing and it's really relaxing there just to hang out with Nicolette. :)

I guess this thread will make my first post out there happen. So hello everybody, i've been lurking for a year here, after an extensive search of "what was this strange box cover with glowing red eyes i remembered from my 10th"...Well, nowhere else to go to get more into System Shock.
Anyway, more related to the present subject, and having played DX since it came out... Definitively, i would pick UNATCO HQ as my favourite, probably because i spent hours roaming that building in the demo, seeing for the first time such an alive universe. Versalife is another good track to me.
For the cheesy/funny side of DX music, i'd go for Honk Kong Action, because, well...it speaks for itself.
Side question to the DX music, i recently came across John Carpenter's "Escape from New York", and i was pretty surprised that it seemed to have some kind of relationship with DX music (i found it did also with the first Metal Gear Solid music, which wouldn't be too surprising since the Metal Gear series borrowed a lot from Escape from New York). Maybe it's just the extensive use of synthetisers, but to me, DX kinda have in its music the oldy feel, 80ies kind of Scifi/anticipation music.
Just a thought, i don't know if it's shared...
