So far i've played as a Marine and Navy, i recently started an OSA game, and i've somehow managed to turn it into a half Marine/OSA character. Next time round i'll have to be stricter with myself and use only Psi skills.

Well, don't upgrade weapon skills, simple as that. ;)
Though upgrading Standard is maybe ok to make the wrench more effective.
