I get your point and I don't disagree, I haven't seen the show in years anyway so my perception is probably skewed. I do remember this episode and the one where they're all tripping high as kites as being different from the rest for sure. But there was something in the ending of Pierrot that struck me as poetic, where his eventual demise was treated with more... gravitas (?) than I expected. Like a small-scale tragedy of its own, that would stay unnoticed because let's face it, it was also the end of his batshit-crazy murderous antics.
That's how I remember it anyway. I should revisit this show.

TL;DR you responded to the wrong post. Well, at that point you had a 50/50 chance of hitting the right one.
No, I really didn't Mr Robot.
I thought what I though earlier on, and only voiced it in response to your insult. So there.
That's how humans work. Learn it for next time.

I'm dead serious.
And the generic "action movie" is as entertaining as watching grass grow.
There are some interesting movies with violence. But there are very few of those.
I'm with you.
My favourite "action" scene of the past few years was the bar scene in Inglorious Bastards with Bridgette Von Hammersmark. I far prefer that sort of sparring than fake punches.

Of course you'd link the slightly shit one that obscurely references Jean-Luc Godard instead of the sequence from episode 5 where Bebop and its soundtrack blows almost everything else out of the water. :/
Thank you.

That's how humans who are incompetent at communication work.
Or alternatively, humans who are grasping at every possible opportunity to demonstrate what a wacky free-thinking spirit they are.
Either way, congrats on making the thread worse by your presence.

And yet I've demonstrated that I'm actually fussy as hell and not whatever you said at all. I think you need a software update.
Aaaaanyway.
This, and all the scenes before and after, are my idea of fun action scenes.

The entire battle of Helm's Deep is excellent, and this is my favorite moment.

Not a big fan of this movie in general, but the final scene is among my all-time favorites.

Someone mentioned this one too. I love this shootout even more than the police station one.

Sulphur & MrDuck:
I've watched the first four episodes of Cowboy Bebop, I think, and while I didn't dislike it, I'm not over the moon with it either. Does it get better or does it simply take some getting used to?
