Gaenor has 700 luck(200 base plus 500 from his necklace) and around 70 reflect. I beat him without missing once. How? 250 hand to hand. But unless you have skill that high you will have hard time hitting him, But luckly Bethseda made waaay too much spells so you can cancel it out by increasing your own luck, Or the easy way of 'Fortify attack' which increases you chance of hitting a target.
Weirdly enough I summoned a skeleton and scamp to dispose of the unconscience body and they had no trouble hitting him, even when he stood back up.
Has anyone given him all the stuff he requires bofore?

Gaenor ends up asking for 1 million Septims... if you say you have them (which you might), he doesn't believe you and comes back to attack you anyway.
