Yeah brewed, not served. At the point where the water passes through the coffee. After that it gets dramatically cooler very quickly, under normal circumstances, and some'll even tell you that it's better for the flavour that way. It's not like tea where the drawing from the leaf is best done by standing or mixing at very high temperatures.

Dude, lol. At first i thaught Common sense was actually a memebers name (although i did have doubts bout it even at the start), but in the end you just told us something i've known since, well, EVER.
Nice to see some others realise it too.
