Yep...He does all the "Mr. Handy" robots in Fallout 3 and 4.
Also, Codsworth will be a traveling companion.

Interesting tidbit at the end there about some sort of radiation storms rolling out into the world. Kinda like blowouts in STALKER?

After watching this video you can definitely see how much more advanced the engine is from their previous games, which was difficult to discern from the original E3 footage. At this stage it's really just the animations that are lagging behind.
While the game looks gorgeous and all, the style hasn't really grown on me yet for a Fallout game. I take their point about how FO3 might have overly oppressive to some players after six hours or so but personally I found the bleakness immersive. New Vegas did a better job of providing greater contrast through a variety of different settings without losing that sense of bleakness.

I'm liking the idea of a dynamic weather system...as it will delightfully increase the sense of vulnerability and immersion.

I agree, this new footage really shows off the graphic quality of the game.
Artistic Fine Detail + Higher Texture Resolution (facilitated by the new engine) = High-fidelity visual aesthetics

From a universe standpoint...in the stratosphere, the nuclear particle fallout effect would eventually start to dissipate into patches of clear sky throughout various regions of the world...and given the contrast of blue sky, in relation to the dynamic weather system with randomized radiation storms, I expect Fallout 4 to be the most immersive Fallout yet.

Interesting to note, that the main character will actually
speak during the game.
Which probably goes a very long way to explaining the statistic that there's more voice acting than FO3 and Skyrim combined!

I'm definitely intrigued. Bethesda were taking a risk with FO3, they aren't with FO4 so it'll be good to see what a load of extra money and time will do for the production values. Fingers crossed they've upped their animation game.

I'm in the middle somewhere, probably leaning towards the higher end.
And here's a current (
http://www.greenmangaming.com/vouchers/) voucher code (good through 10/13) over on Green Man gaming to get 23% off, knocking to price down to around $45 or so. Might as well if you're going to buy anyway. But if you miss it, they have vouchers all the time.
