Oh well, generosity is a virtue.
If you mean it's too much for it, I felt that I should give it a firm eight, but then I remembered how many times I was discouraged by lots of monotonous and identically looking indoor areas and lowered the score below the firm "good without reserve" mark.
Also, I haven't had any performance or major CTD issues with it. I must say that I'm very impressed by the scope of this game  , even though the scope came with its big price, I mean "copy/paste". At some point I even thought it would never end ;) Also, impressed with nice, often hidden, details and easter-eggs, like SOS signals near radio aerials source of which player can actually find, crashed spacecraft, satellite control stations, occasional hard to find notes that unexpectedly open up hidden side-quests, Bethesda's ruins ;), things like that. I didn't play FO1/2, but now I like this universe pretty much, though I honestly doubt that Beth (judging by its previous games) would be able to create such wonderful world if there weren't original games. They most probably would end up with something much more fantasy looking.

If you're interested, I think you can find a mod on the F3 Nexus that allows you to keep on playing after finishing the main quest.
That's not needed, it doesn't make a difference if the tiny section beyond the point of no-returning is finished or not.

Bethesda's ruins ;)
I had a grin on my face when I found that m'self.
There were only raiders in it, though. Was Bethsoft trying to be self-critical or something? Heh.

The issue is that, as currently released, MGS4 uses about 60 GB of space - it would have to be on, like, 8 DVDs to be on 360 - and that amount of disc-swapping would be obnoxious.
This is a Metal Gear game you're talking about here... being obnoxious is what they're all about.

As a Metal Gear fan I can only agree with that.

And if you could compare how primitivized the RPG system was! :erg:

Well, I honestly don't like complex RPG systems, my choice is action with some flavour of RPG, so it worked well for me. The thing I didn't like however was that it was too easy to raise more than half of the abilities to max or nearly to max, I hadn't to think hard when I got points for distribution.
