So I'm on the You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head quest. I obtained the 3 keys (Dukov's, Dave's, and Ted Strayer's), I killed Mr Crowley, then headed over to Fort Constantine. I went through the CO Quarters, as far as the bomb storage area, but there's a door in there that requires a key. Every guide says it's Dukov's key, which I have.
Yet it won't open...
EDIT: Never mind, figured it out, there was another door in there I missed
