I noticed that adding a string "End Mission TRUE successfully" to the objective action, when I complete my objective the mission ends with the end message, but when gaming, no objectives directives pops out... :erg:

Are you trying this on a "game" install, or through an "editor" install? There's problems with objectives not showing up right if you're using the wrong t3.exee and t3main.exe, which is why I ask.
And, what language settings are things set to? Stupid as it may be, maybe your objectives aren't showing because you're trying to play in French but you're editing the English-text in when you use the editor. (Just as example languages, but the editor might default to english regardless of the in-game language)
That's usually the two things that trip up people trying to play the FMs, so maybe somehow that's what you're getting stuck on.

In this case he should see the check boxes for each objective. Just as a thought.

Then look for your objective files in erm...well...something like Content\T3\sounds\schemas\PlayerGarrett and copy the text from the "lang_english" tags into new ones for French, German and Italian. :p So everyone will see them.
However, I'm not sure if they will be overwritten somehow if you create another ibt or change the objectives in T3Ed.

I found no PlayerGarrett on that folder, just garrett, and in this garrett foldere there were not my objectives..

content/t3/sounds/schemas/conversations/playergarrett
I dont think they get changed unless, well, you change them in the conversation browser.
