So it seems that Andy Durdin has managed to get the scrapped facial animation technology of Thief 2 to work, atleast partially. It looks really weird :eek:

it would look much more natural with proper mouth textures (reading the description, it's just something he put together quickly for the sake of the test, but pretty sure Trey Parker and Matt Stone would approve). but putting that aside, everything seems to work - quite surprising.
